간호대학생들의 취업스트레스 영향요인 및 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 취업스트레스가 인지적 정서조절전략과 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향과 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 3년제 간호과 학생 325명을 대상으로 자료수집 기간은 2011년 9월 7일부터 9월 16일까지였다. 대상자들의 취업스트레스는 2.69점, 인지적 정서조절전략은 3.21점, 진로성숙도는 1.47점이었다. 취업스트레스는 적응적 정서조절전략과 역상관관계, 부적응적 정서조절전략과 순상관관계, 진로성숙도와 역상관관계로 나타났으며, 인지적 정서조절전략은 진로성숙도와 역상관관계, 부적응적 정서조절전략과 진로성숙도는 역상관관계가 있었다. 또한 부적응적 정서조절전략은 부분매개효과를 나타내어 취업스트레스가 진로성숙도에 부적인 영향을 직접 미치고, 부적응적 정서조절전략을 통하여 진로성숙도에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생들이 만족스러운 대학생활을 할 수 있도록 교육환경을 조성하는 것이 필요하며 취업과 진로에 있어 부적응적 정서조절전략보다는 적응적 정서조절전략을 더 많이 사용하도록 지도하고 격려하는 것이 요구된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the employment stress, cognitive emotion regulation and career maturity among nursing college students. The participants were 325 nursing college students, data were collected from September 7 to September 16, 2011. The average employment stress score was 2.69, cognitive emotion regulation 3.21 and career maturity 1.47. The employment stress had significant negative relationship with adaptive emotion regulation and career maturity and cognitive emotion regulation had significant negative relationship with career maturity. The maladaptive emotion regulation strategies mediated the relationships between employment stress and career maturity. Therefore, it is required to develop education program and strategy that helps manage employment stress, develop career maturity and use adaptive emotion regulation.
