국문 초록

탕현조의 문학사상 형성 과정에 있어 나여방은 왕학의 좌파 태주학파 중의 한 사람으로 지대한 영향을 끼치었다. 탕현조는 일생에서 스승으로서의 나여방과 세 번의 중요한 만남을 가졌다. 첫 번째　만남은 탕현조가 13세 때로, 만남의 시간도 길지 않아 나여방으로부터 인상적인 배움은 없었고, 단지 학문을 하는 자세를 배웠다. 두 번째 만남은 탕현조가 17세 때로, 나여방이 만난 모든 사람을 신분이나 귀천에 따라 차별하지 않고 대하는 것을 보고 많은 것을 느끼었다. 수많은 사람들이 나여방을 찾아와서 자유롭게 토론하고 즐겁고 행복한 시간을 보내는 것을 보고 진정한 평등의 의미를 깨닫게 되었다. 세 번째 만남은 탕현조가 남경에서 한직의 관리로서 무의미한 나날을 보내고 있을 때이다. 나여방은 이때 현조를 보고 “왜 살고 있고, 삶의 의미가 무엇인가?”의 질문을 한다. 현조는 이 질문을 마음 속 깊이 간직하며 자문한 후에 생에 대한 깨달음을 얻게 된다. 탕현조의 사상에 있어 나여방의 영향으로, 살아가는 데 필요한 식욕과 색욕까지도 긍정적으로 보며 유명한 희극 작품의 창작과 독특한 문학사상 “유정설”을 주장할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

In the process of forming Tangxianzu(湯顯祖) s literary ideology, Luorufang(羅汝芳) had a great effect as one person out of Wang xue(王學) s Zuopai(左派) Taizhouxuepai(泰州學派). Tangxianzu(湯顯祖) had an important meeting three times with Luorufang(羅汝芳) as a teacher in his life. Firstly, as it was when Tangxianzu(湯顯祖) was 13 years old and as the meeting time wasn t long, he had no impressive learning from Luorufang(羅汝芳) and just acquired the learning attitude. Secondly, as it was when Tangxianzu(湯顯祖) was 17 years old, he felt many things with seeing that Luorufang(羅汝芳) treats without discriminating against every person depending on social standing or high and low. With seeing that numerous people visit and freely discuss with Luorufang(羅汝芳), and spend pleasant and happy time, he came to feel a true meaning of equality. Thirdly, there was a meeting when Tangxianzu(湯顯祖) is spending empty days as a government official for the less important post in Nanjing(南京). Luorufang(羅汝芳) sees and asks a question to xianzu(顯祖) at this time, “Why are you living?, What is a meaning of life?” Xianzu(顯祖) comes to find enlightenment of Sheng(生) after asking himself with keeping this question deeply in his heart. In terms of Tangxianzu(湯顯祖) s ideology, Luorufang(羅汝芳) had influence upon what he can the create famous comedy and the unique literary thought “Weiqingshuo(唯情說)” while regarding appetite and sexual desire necessary for proceeding with living as affirmative.
