쓰기 평가 연습 프로그램 개선을 위한 현직 국어교사와 예비 국어교사의 사용자 경험 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 선행 연구에서 개발·제안한 Python 기반 쓰기 평가 연습 프로그램을 개선한 후 2019년 5월 1일부터 6월 17일까지 현직 국어교사 및 예비 국어교사를 대상으로 쓰기 평가 연습 프로그램의 사용 경험을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 하여 사용자 에게 더 친숙하고 효과적인 쓰기 평가 연습 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 사용 경험을 수집한 대상은 2년～30년의 교직 경력을 가진, 30명의 현직 국어교사, 교사 양성 과정을 이수하고 있는 30명의 예비 국어교사이다. 이들에게 개선한 쓰기 평가 연습 프로그램을 사용하게 한 후, 쓰기 평가 연습 프로그램에 대한 설문 조사와 개별 인터뷰 조사를 진행하였다. 설문지는 6점 척도 선택 문항 3개, 개방형 서술 문항 6개로 이루어졌으며, 이 응답을 프로그램의 교육 내용, 교육 자료, 교육 환경을 중심으로 범주화하여 쓰기 평가 연습 프로그램의 효과, 장점 및 보완점에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 쓰기 평가 연습 프로그램의 만족도, 쓰기 평가 전문성에 대한 기대는 현직 국어 교사보다 예비 국어교사가 더 높았다. 반면 쓰기 평가 전문성에 대한 인식은 현직 국어교가 예비 국어교사보다 더 높았다. 현직 국어교사는 채점 기준의 표준화, 반복적인 채점 연습을 이 프로그램의 장점으로 꼽았으며 채점 기준의 표준화, 점수 추정 연습 과정의 보완, 채점 결과 해설 등을 보완점으로 제시하였다. 예비 국어교사는 채점경험의 증가, 채점자 신뢰성 향상을 장점으로, 채점 기준의 표준화, 정답 제시, 급간의 명료화를 보완점으로 꼽았다.

영문 초록

The Python-based Writing Assessment Practice Program is a computer-based program that implements rater training elements for writing assessment. This program was simplified to the grade judgment and score prediction process, and the number of practice was increased from 3 to 10 times per course to improve the practice to practice sufficiently. And The revised Writing Assessment Practice Program was used directly to 30 in-service Koran teachers and 30 pre-Korean teachers, and the user experience was analyzed through questionnaires and interviews. As a result of user experience analysis, first, for the satisfaction of This Writing Assessment Practice Program, pre-Korean teachers were higher than in-service in-service Koran teachers. Second, for the efficacy of writing assessment professionalism, the in-service in-service Koran teachers were higher than the pre-Korean teachers. Third, for the expectation of improvement of writing assessment professionalism after using the Writing Assessment Practice Program, pre-Koran teachers were much higher than in-service in-service Koran teachers. In addition, as a result of analyzing the frequency by categorizing open questionnaire responses, the in-service in-service Koran teachers multiplied the standardization of scoring standards as the advantages of the Writing Assessment Practice Program, and the pre-Korean teachers chose the increase of scoring experience, the improvement of scorer reliability. On the other hand, as a supplementary point for the Writing Assessment Practice Program, the in-service Koran teachers and the pre-Korean teacher multiplied the standardization of the scoring standard.
