예비유아교사의 음악교수불안 및 음악적 자아개념이 음악교수효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 음악교수불안과 음악적 자아개념이 음악교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기 지역에 위치한 3년제 유아교육과의 2, 3학년 학생 285명을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문조사를 실시하였 다. 본 자료는 SPSS WIN 24.0을 이용하여 Cronbach s α 계수를 산출하고, 상관분석과 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 음악교수불안은 음악교수효능감과 부적 관련성이 있으며 음악적 자아개념은 음악교수효능감과 정적 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 음악교수불안 중 상태불안과 음악적 자아개념 중 타인의 지지와 인정은 음악교수효능감 전체와 음악교수결과에 대한 기대감에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 분석되었다. 또한 음악교수불안 중 상태불안과 음악적 자아개념 중 음악능력에 대한 자기인식 및 타인의 지지와 인정이 음악교수능력에 대한 신념에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 유아교사 양성과정에서 음악교육의 효과적인 지도를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of pre-service early childhood teacher s music teaching anxiety and musical self-concept on music teaching efficacy. To this end, a self-report questionnaire was conducted for 285 second and third year students in three-year early childhood education departments located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. In this study, Cronbach s α coefficient was calculated using SPSS WIN 24.0, and correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were performed. The results of the study were as follows: First, music teaching anxiety was negatively related to music teaching efficacy, and musical self-concept was positively related to music teaching efficacy. Second, the state anxiety among the music teaching anxiety and the support and recognition of others in the musical self concept were analyzed as the main factors that influence the overall efficacy of the music teaching and the expectation of the results. Also, state anxiety among music teaching anxiety and self-recognition of music ability and support and recognition of others in music self-concept were analyzed as major factors influencing belief in music teaching ability. Based on the research results, this study suggested a method for effective instruction of music education in the early childhood teacher training process.
