대학생의 대학생활적응 관련 변인 탐색: 긍정심리자본, 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 대학생활적응과 관련된 변인들의 상대적 영향력을 분석하는데 목적을 두고 경남 J시에 소재한 K대학교에 재학 중인 313명의 대학생을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2019년 4월 8일부터 12일까지 한 주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수 행하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 여학생이 남학생보다 사회적지지, 진로결정자기효능감, 대학생활적응을 높은 평균을 보였고, 집단 간 유의한 차이도 나타났다. 둘째, 대 학생활적응에 대한 관련 변인들의 상대적 영향을 분석한 결과, 자기효능감의 긍정심리자본과 부모지지의 사회적지지 수준이 높고, 직업정보수집, 미래계획의 진로결정 자기효능감 수준이 높을수록 대학생의 대학생활적응 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생들의 대학생활적응 수준을 높이기 위해 자기효능감을 강화하고 사회적지지 체계를 구축하며 자신의 진로를 위해 다양한 준비활동에 참여할 수 있는 방안을 적극적으로 고려해야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 대학생의 대학생활적응 관련변인인 긍정심리자본, 사회적지지. 진로결정자기효능감의 상대적 영향력을 분석하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate university student’s university life adaptation variable centering around positive psychological capital, social support, career decision self-efficacy. To achieve this purpose, the study subject were university student 3135 students while at G university in J city in gyeong sang nam do and question investigation was performed aimed at this students during 1 week. To measure university student’s university life adaptation, positive psychological capital, social support, career decision self-efficacy, measurement tool was made existing tool. On this basis, question material was collected and collected question material was analyzed using SPSS 23 program. Result of this study are summarized as follows: First, female student had high average than male student on social support, career decision self-efficacy, university life adaptation, between-group difference appeared attentively. Second, analysis result for relevant variable’s relative influence, self-efficacy in positive psychological capital, parent in social support, career information collection, future plan in career decision self-efficacy had positive relation with university student’s university life adaptation. This study had meaning to analyze university student’s university life adaptation’s relevant variable’s relative influence. On this study result, plan to reinforce self-efficacy, social support, career information collection, future plan had to devise for university student’s university life adaptation.
