국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사가 인식하는 놀이권리에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 분석 하는 것으로, 이를 통하여 유아교육 현장에서는 물론 넓게는 유아의 삶에서 놀이가 활성화 될 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 그 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 2017년 8월 19일부터 9월 15일까지 유아교사 378명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS win 21.0 프로그램과 Borich 공식 및 The Locus for Focus Model 결과를 바탕으로 유아의 놀이권리가 교육현장에서 얼마나 중요하게 그리고 얼마나 잘 실행되고 있다고 생각하는지를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 놀이의 가치영역에서 유아교사들은 유아들에게 상상적이고 창의적인 문제해결력, 위험에 대처하는 능력, 다양한 경험, 개별성과 정체성을 표현할 수 있는 놀이경험이 놀이권리로서 중요할 뿐만 아니라 실행도 또한 높은 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 반면에 유아교사들은 도전의식을 기를 수 있는 모험놀이 경험에 있어서는 놀이권리로서 유아에게 중요하지만 실행도는 낮은 것으로 인식 하고 있었다. 둘째, 놀이의 환경영역에서는 교사의 체계적 관찰과 평가, 충분한 놀이 시간, 다양한 놀이경험을 할 수 있는 환경을 제공받아야 한다에 대해서 유아교사들은 놀이권리로서 중요할 뿐만 아니라 실행도 또한 높은 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 반면에 사회성과 창의성을 자극할 수 있는 놀잇감, 놀이 시 분쟁이 일어나면 교사의 개입없이 스스로 해결할 수 있어야 한다에서는 유아교사들은 놀이권리로서 중요하지만 실행도는 낮은 것으로 인식하고 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the degrees of teachers’ perception of children’s play rights and has a significance in that it lays the foundation for finding measures to revitalize play widely in children’s life as well as in the field of childhood education. To do this, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 378 early childhood teachers from August 19th to September 15th, 2017. Based on the results of the SPSS win 21.0 program, the Borich formula and the Locus for Focus model, we analyze how important and how well the children s play rights are being implemented in the educational field. As a result of the study, first, In the value area of play, early childhood teachers perceived play as important as play rights, as well as performance, in that they were able to express imaginative and creative problem solving ability, ability to cope with risks, various experiences, individuality and identity there was. On the other hand, the early childhood teachers perceived that adventure play experience which can raise the challenge consciousness is important for infant as play right but low performance. Second, in the environmental area of play, teachers should be provided with an environment that enables systematic observation and evaluation, sufficient play time, and various play experiences. On the other hand, toys that can stimulate sociality and creativity, and conflicts in play should be able to solve themselves without teacher intervention.
