부모의 교육지원과 학생 독서량의 자기회귀 교차지연효과분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 한국교육개발원의 한국교육종단조사 2∼5차년도 데이터를 사용하 여 학생의 독서량과 부모의 교육지원의 종단적 영향관계를 분석하였다. 중학교 2학 년시점부터 고등학교 2학년시점까지 학생의 독서량에 대한 종단적 자기회귀 설명 력, 학부모의 교육적 지원의 종단적 자기회귀 설명력, 그리고 학생 독서량과 학부모 교육지원 사이의 교차지연효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 학생의 독서량과 학부모의 교육적 지원은 중학교시절부터 고등학교 시절까지 지속적인 유의미한 자기회귀 영 향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 부모의 교육적 지원은 학생의 독서량에 영향을 미치지 않았고, 학생의 독서량 역시 부모의 교육적 지원에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으 로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 부모교육과 더불어 가정에서의 효과적인 독서지도 방안 이 마련되어야 함을 지적해 주고 있으며, 조기의 독서교육이 체계적으로 이루어져야 함을 말해준다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze about the reciprocal relationship between parents educational supports and students reading quantities by using Longitudinal Study of Korean Education data collected from 2005 to 2010. Based on the selected data, autoregressive cross-lagged model was used to examine the relationship between parents educational support factors and students reading quantities factors. The main results of the research were as follow : First, Both parents educational supports and students reading quantities have stable and longitudinal effects on themselves. Second, parents educational supports have low effects on the upcoming students reading quantities. Also, students reading quantities have low effects on the upcoming parents educational supports as passion, knowledge, attitude, and methods. As based on this results, if we want more successful reading education and to increase effective parents educational supports, we need systematic parents education and early reading programs for students.
