국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집 원장의 서번트리더십과 교사 임파워먼트가 유아교사 헌신에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 연구대상은 경상남도에 소재한 어린이집 교 사 212명이다. 어린이집 교사 212명을 대상으로 원장의 서번트리더십과 교사 임파워 먼트, 헌신에 대해 검사하였다. 어린이집 원장의 서번트리더십과 교사 임파워먼트, 유아교사 헌신검사 도구는 선행연구에서 활용된 도구를 바탕으로 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 재구성하여 사용하였다. 이를 근거로 연구 자료를 수집하고 분석 하였다. 자료 처리는 SPSS Statistics 20 for Window 프로그램을 사용하여 Cronbach s α 검증, Pearson의 적률상관계수, 다중회귀분석(Multiple regression analysis), 공차 (Tolerance), 분산팽창지수(Variance Inflation Factor, VIF), 상관계수 등을 실시하 였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유치원장의 서번트리더십 및 교사 임파워먼트와 교사헌신은 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 원장의 서번트리더십은 유아교사 헌신 하위변인 가운데 유아에 대한 헌신, 수업에 대한 헌신, 조직에 대한 헌신 순으 로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사 임파워먼트는 유아교사 헌신 하위변인 가운데 수업에 대한 헌신, 유아에 대한 헌신, 조직에 대한 헌신 순으로 유 의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 임파워먼트 하위변인 중 자율성의 요소 는 오히려 교사의 헌신을 낮게 하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of director’s servant leadership and teacher impowerment on early childhood teacher devotion. To achieve this purpose, the subject were 212 early childhood teacher who worked gyeong sang nam do. Questionnaires were developed and used for the collection of data. To analyze effect of director’s servant leadership and teacher impowerment on early childhood teacher devotion, questionnaires restructed from existing questionnaires for this study purpose were used. SPSS statistics 20 for window program, Cronbach s α verification, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis, Tolerance, Variance Inflation Factor, (VIF), Correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. Result of this study are summarized as follows: First, director’s servant leadership, teacher impowerment and early childhood teacher devotion were correlation relation positively. Second, director’s servant leadership effected on in regular sequence, devotion for early childhood, devotion for instruction, devotion for organization . positively. Third, teacher impowerment effected on in regular sequence, devotion for instruction, devotion for early childhood, devotion for organization . positively. but, autonomy of teacher impowerment subfactor effected on teacher devotion negatively.
