국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로결정상태에 따른 진로개발역량의 인식 및 교육요 구도 차이를 분석하고자 하는 것이다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 충남소재의 D대학에 재학중인 279명의 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 진로결정상태에 따른 진로 개발역량의 중요도와 수행도의 인식차이를 분석하였다. IPA분석을 통하여 진로결정 상태별 진로교육 요구도를 확인하였다. 연구결과, 진로결정상태에 따른 진로개발역량의 중요도에 차이를 보인 요인은 ‘진로계획 수립’으로 나타났으며, 집단별 수행도의 차이는 ‘진로전환’을 제외한 나머지 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. IPA 분석을 통해 진로결정상태에 따른 진로교육 요구도에 대한 우선순위를 분석한 결과 모든 집단에서 공통적으로 강화해야하는 요인은 ‘경력개발’과 ‘진로정보탐색’으로 나타났으며, 미결정편안은 ‘경력개발’, ‘진로정보탐색’, ‘진로계획 수립’이 강화해야하는 교육내용으로 밝혀졌다. 축소해야하는 교육내용은 진로결정상태에 따라 차이를 보였으며, 결정편안과 결정불편은 ‘진로계획 수립’, ‘자아탐색’, 미결정편안은 ‘효과적인 대인관계’, ‘자아탐색’, 미결정불편은 ‘진로계획 수립’으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 진로결정 상태를 고려하여 이에 따른 교육요구도의 차이를 밝힘으로써 집단특성을 고려한 맞춤형 진로교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to analyze the differences of educational needs for college students’ career education according career decision status. To accomplish this purpose, a survey was conducted with 297 students at D university. We were analyzed by the difference between importance and performance and were confirmed their educational needs according to career decision status using IPA analysis. As a result for the study, career plan implementation was differed in importance of career development capabilities according career decision status and all factors except for the factor of career transition was significantly differed in performance according career decision status. Career management capabilities and career information search were found to be in the high priority of educational needs in all group. Career management capabilities, career information and career plan implementation were found to be in the high priority of educational needs in undecided-comfortable type. Career plan implementation, self-concept search were found to be undervalue area in decided-comfortable type. And effective interpersonal relationships, self-concept search were found to undervalue area in undecided-discomfort type. Those results will suggest basic directions for the content changes of career education subjects at college.
