국문 초록

본 연구는 특수학교에서 시행되고 있는 예술강사지원사업 예술강사 10명과 면담을 통해 효과적인 수업을 계획하고 시행하기 위한 토대를 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 2017년 6월 7일부터 8월 29일에 걸쳐 면담 27회, 전화상담 혹은 이메일 16회를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구참여자는 부산․경남소재 특수학교에서 예술강사지원사업 예술강사로서 교육 경력이 5년 이상인 예술강사로 선정하였다. 면담 시 질문지 구성은 선행연구를 토대로 6가지 반구화된 질문내용을 추출하였고, 면담자료 는 질적 연구 방법인 연속적 비교분석법으로 분석하였다. 타당도와 신뢰도를 위해 삼각측정법과 코딩자간 신뢰도, 참여자 확인 기법을 사용하였다. 그 결과 4개의 대주제, 7개의 상위 주제, 15개의 하위 주제가 도출되었다. 이에 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대부분의 예술강사는 한정된 프로그램 운영, 학교장의 이해부족, 교사들의 비협조 등을 인식하였다. 둘째, 교직을 이수하지 못한 예술강사는 교육과정과 예술적 기능을 적절하게 파악하여 실행하는데 어려움이 있으나 장애학생의 문제행동 변화 등에서 보람을 느꼈다. 셋째, 담당교사와 소통이 어려웠다. 넷째, 수업에서 느끼는 행복과 만족은 다소 긍정적이나 고용안정과 고용의 질은 매우 불안정한 것으로 인식 하였다. 따라서 이러한 결과는 특수학교 예술강사지원사업이 국가적 차원에서 지원되어져야하고, 예술강사의 고용안정과 강사 확보 및 전문 강의실 등 시설 설비를 위한 다각적인 방안이 모색되어져야함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to lay the groundwork for planning and implementing effective classes through interviews with 10 art lecturers of art lecturers support projects in special schools. Therefore, data were collected from June 7th to August 29th, 2017 through 27 interviews, telephone counseling or 16 emails. Participants were selected as arts lecturers who have more than 5 years of experience as art lecturers at the special schools in Busan and Kyungnam. The interview data were analyzed by the continuous comparison method, which is a qualitative research method, and triangulation method, inter-coder reliability, and participant identification method were used validity and reliability. As a result, four main subject, seven top subject, and fifteen subject were derived. The results of this study are as follows. First, most arts teachers recognized limited program operation, lack of understanding by principals, and noncooperation of teachers. Second, the art teacher who did not complete the teaching profession had difficulty in properly grasping the curriculum and artistic functions, but he felt it was worthwhile to change the problem behavior of students with disabilities. Third, it is difficult to communicate with teachers in charge. Fourth, happiness and satisfaction in class are somewhat positive, but employment quality and employment quality are very unstable. Therefore, these results suggest that the support project for arts teachers of special schools should be supported at the national level, and various measures should be sought for facility facilities such as job sucurity of teachers, securing teachers, and specialized lecture rooms.
