국문 초록

이 연구는 학교 조직 내 의사소통 활성화 정도와 특수교사의 셀프리더십 수준 및 관계를 밝혀, 특수교사의 셀프리더십을 높이는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 169명의 특수교사이며, 2017년 8월 21일부터 9월 4일까지 2주간 온라인을 통해 설문 조사 하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 의사소통 활성화와 셀프리더십은 보통 이상으로 나타났으며, 의사소통 활성화 수준을 보면 개방성이 가장 낮고 수용성이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셀프리더십은 자기기대가 가장 높고 자기비판이 가장 낮은 것 으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남자교사, 특수학교 교사, 부장교사, 중등 교사들의 의사소통 활성화 정도가 높고, 남자교사, 특수학교 교사, 중등 교사가 셀프리더십이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 의사소통 활성화 정도와 셀프리더십의 하위요인들은 전반적인 정적 상관 관계를 보이며, 의사소통 활성화 정도가 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다. 따라서 의사소통의 개방성을 높여, 학교 내에서 친밀한 인간관계를 형성할 수 있는 다양한 방안을 모색하고, 각 종 연수와 캠프를 통해 의사소통이 활성화 된다면 특수교사의 셀프리더십도 높아 질 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to uncover the relationship between the level of active communication within school organization and special teacher’s self-leadership in order to develop self-leadership of special teacher. The subjects of the research are 169 special education teachers through online survey. In order to meet the goal of this study, an online survey was conducted on special on special teachers for about 2weeks from August 21 to September 4 of 2017. As for the results of the research, firstly, active communication and self-leadership came to be average or above, and looking at communication activeness, it is low on openness and high on acceptance. As for self-leadership, it indicates high on self-expectation and low on self-criticism. Secondly, male teachers, special education teacher in special school, chief teacher, middle school teachers’ active communication level was high, and as for self-leadership, male teachers, special education teachers in special school, middle school teachers indicted high. Thirdly, analysis show that the sub-factors of active communication level and self-leadership have an overall correlation with each other, and the level of active communication level influence on self-leadership. As such, by increasing the openness to communication, school should search for ways to allow creation of close relationship, and if active communication can be accomplished through various programs and camps, the level of self-leadership of special teachers are also expected to increase.
