국문 초록
자기공명분광법(magnetic resonance spectroscopy)은 화학적전이(chemical shift) 현상을 이용하여 조직의 대사물질의 축적 정도를 ppm scale로 나타낼 수가 있다. MRS는 일정한 복셀 내에서 대사물질에 대한 화학적 신호강도를 주파수로 나타 날 수가 있다. 이에 본 데이터 분석은 3.0 T 기기를 이용하여 뇌의 자기공명분광법(magnetic resonance spectroscopy)을 검사한 환자를 무작위로 선정하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 이러한 분석과정 후 자기공명분광법에 영향을 주는 인자를 기준으로 MRS의 원리 및 임상적용에 대한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 검사 분석에 적용된 프로그램은 필립스에서 제공된 View Forum 분석기를 이용하여 최적의 스펙트럼을 얻었다. 분석결과 MRS에 영향을 주는 인자의 물리적 원리를 이해 할 수 있었으며 주요 질환에 대한 대사물질의 peak 점의 변화를 확인할 수가 있었다. 신경계 MRS을 통하여 스펙트럼을 해석했을 때 조직특성화의 진단적 정확성을 증가시킬 수 있는 정보를 제공하게 되었다.
