국문 초록
MRI 장비란 병리학적 정보를 토대로 병변의 진단을 용이하게 하는 진단적 영상 장비로 현재 널리 이용되고 있다. 1.5T에 비해 3.0T는 영상의 신호 대 잡음비가 상대적으로 높다는 이론적 근거에 의해 검사소요시간을 단축시키거나 영상의 해상도를 1.5T 이상으로 조절할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 3.0T MRI 장치를 이용함으로서 짧은 영상획득시간과 높은 해상도를 해결할 수 있으나, 자기장의 차이로 인하여 발생되는 다양한 인공물이 유발되어 진단적 정보가 떨어지게 된다. 이에 3.0T 인공물 발생, 복부 검사 시 산모, 조영제 알러지 환자의 경우는 조영제를 사용하지 못하기 때문에 조영제 주입 전 두 기기에 대하여 펄스시퀀스를 비교할 필요성이 있다. 본 데이터분석은 조영제 주입 전 복부검사 시 필수적으로 적용되고 있는 HASTE, HASTE(f/s), FFE(in, out)를 중심으로 두 기기에 대한 SNR, CNR을 평가함으로서 부위에 따른 기기 별 최적의 펄스시퀀스를 알아보고자 하였다.
결론적으로 본 연구를 통하여 저자가 게시하는 영상의 조합은 조영제 주입 전에 SNR, CNR 평가에서 Liver, Kidney, Spleen 에서는 3.0T가 높고(p<0.05), Stomach, Fat, Pancreas 에서는 1.5T가 높았다(p<0.05). 또 복부검사에서 조직의 질환에 따라 적합한 기기를 선택하여 검사한다면 최적의 영상정보를 제공할 것이다.
