국문 초록
알파고 이후 인공지능에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며 이에 따라 의료분야에서도 인공지능의 접목이 확대되고 있다. 의료기기가 발전함에 따라 현재 국내에서는 엑스선 촬영, 컴퓨터단층촬영(Computer tomography), 자기공명영상(MRI) 등의 의료영상기기에 인공지능이 접목되고 있다. 향후 방사선사 없이 환자의 방사선 영상을 획득 할 수 있는 인공지능을 접목시킨 의료기기가 발명 될 것으로 사료된다.
본 연구는 방사선사가 없는 환경에서 인공지능 안내에 따라 환자 스스로 바른 위치잡이를 하도록 안내하여 방사선 영상을 획득하는 기초 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 아직 연구 수행의 초기 단계이므로 판단이 용이한 팔꿈치 관절 측방향 영상을 선택하였다. 선량을 무시하고 자유로운 환자의 위치에서 투시(Fluoroscopy)촬영모드로 사전 촬영하여 인공지능이 바른 위치잡이를 판단하게 한다. 위치잡이가 올바르지 않을 경우 음성언어로 환자에게 위치잡이를 변경하게 하고 최종 바른 위치잡이에서의 엑스선 영상을 획득하게 한다.
그러나 본 연구에서는 전체적인 인공지능의 판단이 아직 미비하므로 방사선사가 직접 위치잡이를 판독하여 음성으로 안내 해주는 기초 연구를 수행한다. 향후에는 인공지능이 환자의 위치잡이를 판단하여 바른 위치잡이에서 영상을 획득하는 all-stop-system을 수행하고자 한다.
