실어증환자를 대상으로 AAC 적용에 대한 언어재활사의 인식 및 요구 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 실어증 환자를 대상으로 AAC를 활용에 대한 언어재활사의 AAC 활용의 실태 및 인식도, 요구도를 살펴보기 위하여 실시하였다. 이러한 목적을 위해 언어재활사 72명을 대상으로 실어증 환자의 AAC 중재의 경험, 사용하는 AAC 종류, AAC의 교육 여부, AAC 활용에 대한 정보의 습득, AAC의 중재 시 나타나는 문제의 해결방법, AAC 활용에 대한 일반적인 인식, AAC 중재시 어려움, AAC 중재의 개선 방안, AAC 교육 참여의 요구에 대해 알아보았다. 연구결과, 언어재활사들은 실어증 환자를 대상으로 AAC 중재의 경험은 9.7%로 나타났다. 주로 사용한 AAC으로는 스마트 기기를 활용한 무료 의사소통 소프트웨어였다. AAC의 교육 여부는 43.1%가 협회를 통해 교육을 받았으며, 56.9%는 교육 경험이 없었다. AAC 활용에 대한 정보의 습득으로 중재방법, 도구 활용방법, 도구 제작방법 순으로 나타났다. AAC의 중재 시 나타나는 문제의 해결방법으로 중재 시 정보의 습득은 주로 컴퓨터 정보검색 및 문헌, 연구논문을 활용하는 것으로 나타났다. 언어재활사들은 실어증의 중재에 있어 AAC의 활용에 어려움을 느끼고 AAC와 관련된 정보를 요구하는 것으로 나타났으며 후천적 의사소통장애로 인한 성인 AAC 사용자들의 적절한 중재 서비스를 제공하기 위한 전문가 양성의 필요성과 또한 실어증 환자를 대상으로 AAC 활용은 적절한 연수 및 재교육을 통해 강화할 필요성이 있다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to actual condition, Perception and Need of the Speech-Language Pathologist(SLP) for Augmentative Alternative Communication(AAC) Intervention in Aphasia Patients. This study was conducted on 72 SLP. And examined the experience of AAC intervention in aphasia patients, the type of AAC used, how to acquire information about AAC use, and how to solve problems that arise when mediating AAC, General perception of AAC Intervention, Difficulty of AAC Intervention, Suggestions for improvement of AAC Intervention, Opportunities for educational participation of AAC. The results of the study showed that 9.7% of AAC experienced AAC intervention. The mainstream AAC was free communication software using smart devices. 43.1% of the AAC were educated through the association and 56.9% had no education experience. In order to acquire information about AAC utilization, it appeared as the order of mediation, the method of using the tool, and the method of making the tool. As a way of solving the problems in the AAC mediation, it was found that the acquisition of information at mediation mainly uses computer information retrieval, literature and research papers. SLP have difficulty in using AAC for intervention of aphasia and require information related to AAC. It is necessary to train specialists to provide appropriate intervention for AAC users due to acquired communication disorders. Also AAC intervention of aphasia patients needs to be strengthened through appropriate training and retraining.
