유아교사의 아동학대 신고의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 유아 교사의 아동학대 신고 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 방법 404명의 유아교사를 대상으로 지각된 심각성, 지각된 이익, 지각된 장애, 자기효능감 및 아동학대 신고의도와 관련한 설문 조사를 진행한 후, SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 집단 간 평균 차이를 분석하기 위해 t-test와 일원변량분석을 실시하였으며, 유아교사의 아동학대 신고의도에 영향을 미치는 변인을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 유아교사는 아동학대 신고 의무자로 아동학대의 조기발견과 개입에 중요한 직군이다. 6세 이하의 아동학대 사망률이 현저히 높은 상황에서, 유아교사의 아동학대 신고율을 높이는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이에 건강신념모델을 기반으로 유아교사의 아동학대 신고 의도 영향 요인을 분석하였다. 결론 자료 분석 결과, 변인 중 지각된 심각성과 자기효능감이 아동학대 신고 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 결과를 바탕으로 유아교사의 아동학대 신고율을 높이는 방안을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the intention of early childhood teachers to report child abuse. Methods After conducting a survey of 404 early childhood teachers on perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived disability, self-efficacy, and intention to report child abuse, the data were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 program. To analyze the average difference between groups, t-test and one-way variable analysis were con-ducted, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify variables that affect early childhood teachers' intention to report child abuse. Results Early childhood teachers are mandatory reporter of child abuse and are an important job group in early de-tection and intervention of child abuse. In a situation where the mortality rate of child abuse under the age of 6 is remarkably high, it is very important to increase the reporting rate of child abuse by early childhood teachers. Accordingly, based on the health belief model, the factors influencing early childhood teachers' intention to report child abuse were analyzed. Conclusions Data analysis revealed that perceived severity and self-efficacy among the variables had a significant impact on the intention to report child abuse, and based on the results a plan to increase the report rate of child abuse by early childhood teachers was proposed.
