예비교사의 안전 역량 강화

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 예비교사의 안전 역량을 증진시키기 위해 유아안전교육 수업에서 디지털 매체를 활용한 경험을 심층적으로 탐색하고 질적으로 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 방법 연구 참여자는 유아교육과 안전교육 수업을 수강하는 1학년 45명 예비교사이다. 연구 자료는 15주간 예비교사의 디지털 매체 경험에 대한 저널과 수업계획서 및 발표 자료, 성찰지를 수집하여 질적으로 분석하였다. 결과 디지털 매체를 활용한 수업은 안전교육 관련 ‘주도적인 학습의 방향성 제시’, ‘학습 몰입의 유용성’, ‘다양한 자료 수집을 활용한 현장감 증진’, ‘상보적인 피드백’, ‘안전 교육용 매체활용의 비판적 분석을 통한 안전역량 인식 증진’, ‘매체 제작과정에서 나타난 안전교육 성찰’을 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 결론 디지털 매체를 활용한 안전교육 수업경험은 예비교사의 안전 역량강화에 영향을 줄 수 있다는 점을 통해 예비교사를 양성하는 과정에서 수업운영과 새로운 교수방법을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to deeply explore and analyze the experiences and effectiveness of utilizing digital media in early childhood safety education to enhance Pre-Early Childhood Teachers' safety competence. Methods The participants in the study are 45 first-year pre-service teachers taking courses in early childhood ed-ucation and safety education classes. The study data were qualitatively analyzed by collecting journals, lesson plans, presentations, and reflections on the digital media experiences of pre-early childhood teachers for 15 weeks. Results The utilization of digital media in safety education resulted in the following experiences among Pre-Early Childhood Teachers: direction towards more proactive learning, increased engagement in learning, enhanced sense of realism through diverse data collection, reciprocal feedback, improved awareness of safety competence through critical analysis of media usage in safety education, and reflective insights gained during the media crea-tion process. Conclusions Based on the impact of safety education experiences through the use of digital media, it is antici-pated that this approach can provide new teaching methods and classroom practices to enhance Pre-Early Childhood Teachers' safety competence during their training.
