간호대학생의 교수 효율성, 동료 돌봄 행위와 임상실습 스트레스의 관계

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 교수 효율성, 동료 돌봄 행위가 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 방법 경기도 소재 일개 대학의 간호학과 학생 중 임상실습을 경험한 3학년 90명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 조사한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation co-efficients, Hierarchical regression analysis로 분석하였다. 결과 대상자의 교수 효율성 4.45점(5점), 동료 돌봄 행위 4.08점(5점), 임상실습 스트레스 2.07점(5점)으로 나타났다. 교수효율성과 임상실습 스트레스, 동료 돌봄 행위와 임상실습 스트레스는 음의 상관관계가 나타났다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과 임상실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 동료 돌봄 행위(β=-.28, p=.004)와 교수 효율성(β=-.26, p=.006)이 유의하게 나타났으며, 설명력은 21.2%로 나타났다(F=9.779, p<.001). 결론 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 영향을 주는 동료 돌봄 행위와 교수 효율성을 이용하여 임상실습 스트레스를 관리할 수 있는 효율적인 교육 및 프로그램 개발과 적용이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of teaching efficiency and peer group caring in-teraction on clinical practice stress in nursing students. Methods Data were collected through a structured questionnaire for 90 3rd graders who experienced clinical prac-tice among nursing students at a university in Gyeonggi-do. Using the IBM SPSS 26.0 program, the collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and Hierarchical re-gression analysis. Results Results showed that teaching efficiency accounted for 4.45 points, clinical practice stress accounted for 2.07 points, and peer group caring interaction accounted for 4.08 points. Not only teaching efficiency and clinical practice stress, but also peer group caring interaction and clinical practice stress showed a negative correlation. As a result of hierarchical regression analysis, the factors significantly influencing the clinical practice stress were peer group caring interaction (β=-.28, p=.004) and teaching efficiency (β=-.26, p=.006), with a total explanatory power of 21.2% was(F=9.779 p<.001). Conclusions It is required to develop and apply efficient education and programs to manage clinical practice stress using peer group caring interaction and teaching efficiency that affect clinical practice stress of nursing students.
