다문화교육정책 방향 탐색을 위한 소셜 네트워크 분석 및 현황 비교·분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 다 문화 교육정책에 대한 사람들의 관심과 요구를 파악하기 위하여 다 문화 교육정책을 키워드로 하는 유튜브 동영상과 댓글을 수집하여 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하고 그 현황을 비교·분석하였다. 다 문화 교육정책에 대한 키워드 분석 결과 핵심 키워드는 ‘문화’가 가장 크게 나타났으며 유튜브 동영상과 댓글에서 ‘교육’, ‘학교’, ‘학생’, ‘선생’과 같은 키워드가 나타났다. 그리고 다 문화 교육정책에 대한 소셜네트워크 분석 결과, 키워드 네트워크 맵에서 연결 중심성이 높은 핵심 키워드는 ‘문화’, ‘교육’, ‘정책’, ‘지원’, ‘학교’, ‘사회’이고 이 키워드를 중심으로 다른 키워드 간에 네트워크가 복잡하게 형성되고 있다. 유튜브 빅데이터의 연결 중심성 분석에서 ‘문화’와 ‘교육’이 가장 높은 연결 중심성을 보이고 있으며 교육 차원의 정책에 대한 관심도가 높았다. 연결 중심성이 높은 정책 대상은 외국인, 가족, 학생, 청소년, 여성, 가정, 자녀, 시민, 아이, 학부모, 아동으로 분류하였고, 정책분야는 교육, 한국어, 언어, 건강, 대학교, 복지, 정보, 초등, 상담, 진로, 취업, 인권, 안전, 이 주로 분류할 수 있다. 언어적 차이로 인하여 발생하는 문제 뿐만 아니라 기본적인 권리인 건강과 인권 관련 문제도 발생한다.  마지막으로 토픽 모델링(TopicModeling)분석을 통해 5개의 토픽으로 분류한 결과 첫번째 주요 키워드는 ‘세계’, ‘이해’, ‘시민, ‘강의’, ‘대학교’이고, 두번째는 ‘가족’, ‘나라’, ‘여성’, ‘청소년’, ‘문제’이며, 세번째 주요 키워드로 ‘학교’, ‘학생’, ‘교육청’, ‘방송’, ‘학습’이 나타났다. 네번째 주요 키워드는 ‘가족’, ‘여성’, ‘외국인’, ‘건강’, ‘결혼’이 등장하였다. 이로써 외국인 여성과 결혼하며 발생하는 다 문화가족이 외국인 남성과 결혼하여 발생하는 다 문화가 족보다 더 많다는 것을 예측할 수 있다. 마지막 다섯 번째는 ‘시민’, ‘미래’, ‘연구’, ‘방안’, ‘포럼’이 주요 키워드로 나타났다. 따라서 이후 다 문화 교육정책을 수립할 때에는 종교적 차이로 발생하는 소수 종교에 대한 정책과 여성에 대한 정책을 보다 폭넓게 세우고 초등 교육과 고등 교육에 보다 더 관심을 기울여야 한다. 이와 함께 언어적 차이로 인하여 발생하는 문제와 기본적인 권리인 건강과 인권 관련 문제를 해결할 수 있는 정책이 마련되어야 한다. 끝으로 변화하는 사회에 발맞추어 미래 교육과 시민 교육에 관심을 가지고 다 문화 교육정책에 이를 반영해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

To understand people’s interest and demand for multicultural education policy, this study conducted a keyword network analysis of YouTube videos and comments with multicultural education policy as keywords. The most important keyword was found to be “culture,” followed by “education,” “school,” “student,” and “teacher.” The crucial keywords with high connection centrality were “culture,” “education,” “policy,” “support,” “school,” and “society,” which formed a complex network. In the analysis of the connection centrality of YouTube big data, “culture” and “education” showed the highest connection centrality, and interest in educational policies was high. Policy targets with high connection centrality were classified into foreigners, families, students, youth, women, children, citizens, parents, counseling, career, employment, human rights, safety, and migration. Beside the issues caused by language differences, problems related to health and human rights, which are basic rights, arose. Finally, the five themes were classified through topic modeling analysis. The first set of major keywords includes “world,” “understanding,” “citizen,” “lecture,” “university,” and the second set is “family,” “country,” “women,” “youth,” and “problem”; “school,” “student,” “office of education,” “broadcasting,” and “learning” make up the third set. The fourth set of major keywords comprises “family,” “woman,” “foreigner,” “health,” and “marriage.” It can be predicted that there are more multicultural families resulting from marriage with foreign women than with multicultural families arising from marriage with foreign men. Lastly, “citizen,” “future,” “research,” “plan,” and “forum” appeared as the main keywords. Therefore, when establishing a multicultural education policy, policies on minority religions addressing religious differences and policies on women should be established more broadly, and further attention should be paid to elementary and higher education. Simultaneously , policies to address problems caused by language differences and problems related to health and human rights, which are basic rights, should be established. Lastly, in line with the changing society, it is necessary to consider future education and civic education and reflect them in multicultural education policies.
