국문 초록

본 연구에서는 융합연구에 대한 사회적 관심이 증가하고 있는 현 시점에서 2021 HubCon 컨퍼런스 및 성과발표회의 중요도-만족도 분석을 통해 인문사회기반 융합연구자들이 어떻게 인식하는지 그 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 경주에서 개최된 본 컨퍼런스에 참여한 융합연구 책임연구자, 공동연구자, 연구보조원 등을 대상으로 2011년 11월19일부터 20일까지 약 2일에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 122부(99.2%)를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 대부분의 융합연구자들은 본 컨퍼런스에 대한 중요도와 만족도가 매우 높게 형성되어있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, IPA 분석결과 전체적인 역할 영역은 3사분면, 참여 영역과 세션별 발표 및 토론 영역은 2사분면에 위치하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 향후 컨퍼런스에서는 융합연구자들이 본 컨퍼런스를 통해 새 연구의 타당성을 확인하는데 도움이 될 수 있는 프로그램의 제공, 세션 구성, 강연 등을 제공하되, 현재 이슈가 되고 있는 주제나 트렌드를 적극 반영할 수 있는 행사로 거듭나야 할 것이며, 토론 시간 및 Q&A의 시간 보충 등연구자들의 건의사항을 수렴하여 개선된다면 보다 의미있는 컨퍼런스로 거듭날 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study attempted to analyze the difference in how humanities and societybased convergence researchers perceive it through the importance-satisfaction analysis of the 2021 HubCon Conference and Performance Presentation at a time when social interest in convergence research is increasing. To carry out the study, a total of 123 questionnaires were collected from November 19 to 20, 2021, but only 122 were used for the analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, most convergence researchers showed that the importance and satisfaction of this conference were very high. Second, as a result of IPA analysis, it was found that the overall role area was located in the third quadrant, and the participation area and the presentation and discussion area by session were located in the second quadrant. Therefore, programs, sessions, lectures, etc. that can help confirm the validity of the new study should be provided through this conference. Also, It should be reborn as a conference that can reflect the topics or trends that are currently becoming an issue. If suggestions are collected by supplementing the discussion time, Q&A time, it will be able to be reborn as a meaningful conference.
