창업선도대학 육성사업이 창업효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 창업선도대학 육성사업 프로그램이 대학생의 창업효능감에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 또한 기업가 정신과 창업역량의 매개역할에 대한 영향을 파악하여 해당 사업의 복합적인 분석을 시도하였다. 연구목적의 달성을 위하여 선행연구를 통해 가설을 수립하고, 설문문항을 설정하였다. 실증연구를 위해 창업선도대학 육성사업을 수행중인 전국 34개 창업지원단 관계자의 협조를 얻어 해당사업에 참여한 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구에 활용된 설문지는 총 650부이다. 수집된 데이터들은 SPSS 22를 사용하여 분석을 시행하였다. 회수된 설문지를 토대로 분석한 결과 창업선도대학 육성사업의 프로그램의 일부인 창업컨셉 개발지원은 창업효능감과 기업가 정신, 창업역량에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 창업컨셉 개발지원은 기업가 정신과 창업역량은 부분매개 변수로써의 효과가 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 결과는 창업지원 프로그램 중 창업컨셉 개발지원에 기반 한 활동의 중요성을 환기시키며, 창업교육 이후 실질적인 창업으로 연계되기 위한 단계로써 창업컨셉 개발지원의 중요성을 제시하는 것으로 파악된다.

영문 초록

This paper examines the effects of self-employment concept development support (sub program of leading university for start-up business program ) on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The paper further aims to study the mediating effects of entrepreneurship and start-up capability in collaboration with 34 start-up business support foundations throughout South Korea. Mail questionnaires as well as an online survey were employed to collect data from 650 students, ages 20-30 years old, who had experienced the self-employment concept development support program. Statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) was chosen for data analysis in this study, and results reveal that self-employment concept development support program affects entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurship and start-up capability. Moreover, entrepreneurship and start-up capability have a partially mediating effect between self-employment concept development support and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Analysis results conclude that self-employment concept development program has a prominent role in developing entrepreneurship.
