온라인 혼합학습을 활용한 간호과정 교과목의 운영 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 2학년 2학기에 개설되는 간호과정 교과목을 면대면 학습과 온라인 토론학습을 혼합하여 학습설계를 개발하고 1학기동안 운영한 후, 온라인 혼합학습이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 팀-구성원 교환관계 및 학습만족도에 주는 효과를 강의실 학습만으로 운영한 간호과정 교과와 비교하여 확인하고자 시행되었다. 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계의 유사 실험 연구로, 본 연구대상자는 2015년 2학기에 일 대학의 간호학과 2학년 재학생 중 본 연구목적을 이해하고 연구 참여에 동의한 실험군 49명과 대조군 48명으로 총 97명이 연구에 참여하였다. 온라인 혼합학습의 효과를 측정하기 위해 비판적 사고성향, 팀-구성원 교환관계, 학습만족도를 자가 보고로 측정하였으며, 자료는 SPSS/Win 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 카이제곱검정, t-검정, ANCOVA로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 온라인 혼합학습으로 간호과정 교과를 학습한 실험군은 강의실 학습만으로 간호과정 교과를 학습한 대조군보다 비판적 사고성향(F=4.922, p=.029), 팀-구성원 교환관계(F=10.668, p=.002), 학습만족도(F=5.659, p=.019)가 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 본 연구결과를 토대로, 온라인 혼합학습은 학습자의 비판적 사고능력과 학습 팀 간의 상호작용을 통해 서로 도와줄 수 있는 능력을 높여주므로, 간호대학생에게 필요한 간호역량을 함양할 수 있도록 온라인 혼합학습이 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to compare and verify with that of existing lecture learning its effects on critical thinking disposition, team-member exchange, and learning satisfaction followed by applying an online blended learning in nursing diagnosis course. There were 49 senior nursing students in the experimental group and 48 in the control group, which were recruited from a university in G-city, Korea. Critical thinking disposition, team-member exchange, and learning satisfaction were measured for the pre-test or post-test using self-reported questionnaires. Chi-square, t-test, and ANCOVA with SPSS/Win 21.0 program were used to analyze the data. The scores of critical thinking disposition (F=4.922, p=.029), team-member exchange (F=10.668, p=.002), and learning satisfaction (F=5.659, p=.019) of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. This online blended-learning strategy could be an effective teaching method for the improvement of a nursing student’s learning competency and, in particular, these scientific results, proven through a nursing study, could be applied to the education field to enhance the personal ability.
