사회복지학전공 학생들의 실습인식과 사회복지현장실습 만족과의 관계연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지현장실습에 참여하는 학생들의 사회복지학전공 실습인식이 사회복지 현장실습만족에 어떠한 관계를 가지는지 살펴보고, 사회복지실습수퍼비전을 통해 사회복지현장실습 향상을 지속하고자 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 조사대상은 2018년 여름방학기간 7~8월에 실습한 244명의 사회복지학과 학생을 대상으로 9월에 조사를 진행하였으며, 자료분석방법은 구조방정식 프로그램인 Amos를 사용하여 실습인식, 실습수퍼비전, 실습만족과의 상관관계와 구조적합성을 살펴보았다. 본 조사결과는 첫째, 사회복지실습인식과 실습수퍼비전 그리고 실습만족과의 관계는 정적(+)인 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지실습 인식은 사회복지현장실습 만족에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회복지실습인식이 실습수퍼비전을 통해 사회복지현장실습 만족에 매개적 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 본 연구는 최근 변화되고 있는 사회복지현장실습인식이 실습만족과의 관계에서 실습수퍼비전의 매개적 검증을 하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후 사회복지현장실습을 위한 실습환경, 실습교육, 실습수퍼비전과 관련된 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine how social welfare field practicum perceptions of students participating in social welfare field practicum are related to social welfare field practicum satisfaction, and to continue to improve social welfare field practicum through social work supervision. The subjects of this study were 244 social welfare students. The data analysis method was Amos, which is a structural equation model program, to examine the correlation and fitness of practicum recognition, practicum supervision, and satisfaction with practicum. Therefore, the survey results are as follows. First, the relationship between social welfare practicum recognition, practicum supervision and practicum satisfaction showed a positive correlation. Second, the recognition of social welfare practicum had an indirect effect on the satisfaction of social welfare practicum. Third, social welfare practicum recognition has a mediating effect on the satisfaction of social work practicum through the practicum supervision. In conclusion, this study is meaningful in that it has mediated verification of the practicum supervision in relation to the practicum satisfaction of the social welfare field, which is changing in recent years. Much research will need to be done, including variables such as supervision.
