국문 초록

본 연구는 고등학교 교사 64명을 연구 대상으로 하여 교육과정-수업-평가-기록의 일체화’ 적용 후 개방형 문항 및 성찰록의 의견을 토대로 교육과정, 수업, 평가, 기록을 일체화할 수 있는 방안 및 개선점에 대해 알아보고, 교사의 인식, 실행, 역량강화 영역의 태도는 어떻게 변화하는지 통합연구방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. t검정을 통한 양적분석 결과, 교사들은 인식, 실행, 역량강화 영역의 대부분의 항목에서 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 질적분석 결과, 교사들은 교육과정-수업-평가-기록의 일체화 적용을 통해 학생들의 개별적인 성장을 발견할 수 있었으며, 수업과 평가를 연결시키는 과정에서 학생의 참여도가 높아졌으며, 교사의 수업에 대한 전문적인 소양이 높아지는 계기가 된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 ‘교육과정-수업-평가-기록의 일체화 적용이 교육의 추구해야 할 방향이며 교육의 본질로 돌아가는 방법이 될 수 있음을 확인하였고, ‘교육과정-수업-평가-기록의 일체화 의 실천을 위해 개선해야 할 문제를 규명했다는 점에서 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to apply Curriculum-Class-Evaluation-Record Alignment to 64 high school teachers and to learn how to align the curriculum, classes, evaluations, and records based on the open-ended questions and reflections, and to learn how to change the teacher s perception, practice and capacity building area by mixed research methods. According to quantitative analysis through t-test, teachers were significantly high in most categories in the areas of perception, practice and capacity building. According to the qualitative analysis, teachers were able to discover the individual growth of students through Curriculum-Class-Evaluation- Record Alignment application, the participation of students were increased in the process of connection class and evaluation, and It has been shown that the teacher s professional knowledge of the class has increased. In this study, it is meaningful that the application of Curriculum-Class-Evaluation-Record Alignment is a direction to pursue, a way to return to the essence of education, and that we have identified problems that need to be improved to implement Curriculum-Class-Evaluation- Record Alignment’
