SBAR 프로그램이 간호대학생의 의사소통 명확성, 의사소통 자신감과 자기효능감에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 SBAR 프로그램을 개발하고 간호대학생의 의사소통명확성, 의사소통자신감 및 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 시도되었다. 간호사의 의사소통의 명확성은 간호의 가치를 향상시키는 핵심역량이며, 임상 간호 업무에서 안전사고를 줄이는데 필요하다. 본 연구는 단일군 사전-사후설계의 실험 연구로, SBAR 프로그램은 4개 부분(강의, 토론, 역할극, 피드백)으로 3시간동안 진행하였다. 본 연구의 D 광역시 소재 일 대학 간호학과 4학년생 21명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 2019년 2월 6일에 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 24를 이용하여 빈도, paried t-test로 분석하였다. SBAR 프로그램이 간호대학생의 의사소통명확성(t=-4.49, p<.001), 의사소통 자신감(t=-6.83 p<.001) 및 자기효능감(t=-6.17, p<.001)이 SBAR 프로그램 적용 전보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. SBAR 프로그램이 의사소통 명확성, 보고자신감, 자기효능감을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났으므로 간호교육에서 학생들의 의사소통역량강화를 위한 SBAR를 적극 활용할 것을 권장한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop SBAR (Situation-Background- Assessment-Recommendation) program and to verify the effects of the program on communication clarity, report confidence, and self-efficacy for nursing students. Communication clarity of nurse is core competence to enhance quality of nursing and is needed to reduce safety accident in clinical nursing practice. This study used a one group pre-post test design. SBAR program consisted of 4 parts (lecture, discussion, roll play, feedback) and applied for 3 hours in the intervention group. The subjects of this study were 21 senior nursing students from D city, and data were collected by self - reported questionnaires at February 6, 2019. Data were analyzed by frequencies, paired t-test using the SPSS Win 23.0 program. After SBAR program, communication clarity (t=-4.49, p<.001), report confidence (t=-6.83, p<.001) and self-efficacy (t=-6.17, p<.001) were significantly increased. These results suggest that SBAR Program may improve the communication clarity, communication confidence and self-efficacy of nursing students. it is recommended to actively utilize SBAR program in undergraduate programs to enhance communication skills.
