국문 초록

본 연구는 농업인 교육훈련프로그램에 참여한 농업인들의 참여동기, 교육만족, 직무만족, 현업적용 간의 관계를 구조분석으로 살펴보고, 농업인 교육훈련프로그램을 위한 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 6곳의 경기북부 농업기술센터의 농업인대학교육프로그램에 참여한 농업인 400명을 대상으로 자료를 수집한 후. AMOS 21.0을 활용하여 자료를 처리하였다. 연구결과, 참여동기와 교육만족 간, 참여동기와 직무만족 간, 참여동기와 현업적용 간, 교육만족과 직무만족 간, 교육만족과 현업적용 간, 직무만족과 현업적용 간 각각에 정(+)의 영향 관계가 있었으며, 교육만족은 참여동기와 현업적용 간 그리고 직무만족과 현업적용 간의 관계에서 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 결과를 바탕으로, 농업인 교육훈련프로그램을 위한 시사점 및 추후 연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among farmers’ learning motivation for participation in education and training program, educational satisfaction, job satisfaction, and job application and to provide implications for farmers education and training programs. The data were collected from 400 farmers who participated in the agricultural education program of the Agricultural Science and Technology Center of Northern Gyeonggi Province. The collected data were analyzed by using AMOS 21.0 program. The results of the study are as follows: There is a positive (+) influence on the relationship between participation motivation and education satisfaction, participation motivation and job satisfaction, participation motivation and job application, education satisfaction and job satisfaction, education satisfaction and job application. Educational satisfaction was found to have mediating effect on the relationship between participation motive and job application, and job satisfaction and job application. Based on the results of this study, implications for farmer education and training program were derived and suggestions for future research were suggested.
