국문 초록

스마트폰, 태블릿PC 등 스마트기기 단말기의 개발과 보급의 활성화는 전자책 서비스를 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 환경을 제공하고 일반화에 크게 기여하고 있다. 대학생들은 다른 세대들보다 모바일 기기의 보유율과 이용률이 높은 집단이기 때문에 대학도서관을 중심으로 급속히 확산되고 있는 스마트러닝의 전자책 서비스에 대한 차별화된 콘텐츠 기능을 요구한다．본 연구는 대학교양 강좌인 <독서와 글쓰기> 수업에서 스마트폰을 보조 학습도구로 사용하여 모바일 전자책을 활용할 경우 학습자의 학습만족도에 미치는 효과를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 분석을 위해 본 연구자는 학습자로 하여금 스마트폰을 사용하여 D대학도서관의 모바일 전자책을 대출하여 수업시간 내에 책을 읽고 글쓰기 즉 필사를 하도록 하였다. 수업 14주차에 학습자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 모바일 전자책 현황과 학습자의 전자책 이용 형태인 편의성, 유용성, 지속성 등의 실증적 분석을 하였다. 또한 모바일 전자책을 활용한 책읽기와 글쓰기 필사 수업이 학습자의 학습만족도에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The development and proliferation of smart devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs has provided environment where e-book services can be readily utilized and contributed to making the services commonplace around us. College students are typically a group of people who make the most of mobile devices as an integral part of their everyday lives and as a result, they have come to demand that college libraries be equipped with smart-learning systems where e-book services are at the core of them. This particular study is focused on analyzing the degree to which the students are satisfied with their learning when smartphones are used as an aid while utilizing mobile e-books in the Reading and Writing course. For this purpose, the researcher of this study had the students check out mobile e-books from the D university library using their own smartphones and read them and write during the class. Surveys were conducted on the 14th week of the course to analyze how the students evaluate the convenience, usefulness, and sustainability of the e-book services. The study concludes that reading and writing through e-book services has positive influences on the students’ learning experiences.
