국문 초록

본 연구는 국내에서 활동하고 있는 예술인들의 사회적지지가 창작활동에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 가를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 각 분야에서 창작활동을 하고 있는 예술인들에게 2018년 1월 5부터 2018년 1월 31일까지 척도화 된 질문지를 배포하여, 250부를 최종적으로 분석하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 위계적 다중회귀분석을 통해 사회적지지가 창작 활동에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 하위변인인 정보적 지지와 평가적 지지가 유미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 정서적 지지와 물질적 지지는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 사회적 지지가 창작활동에 부분적으로 유의미한 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 이 결과에 따라 예술인들이 창작활동에 전념할 수 있도록 정보적 지지와 평가적 지지에 대하여 구체적 대안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 예술인들의 특수한 상황을 인정하고 다각적인 사회적 지지가 필요하며, 국내 실정에 맞는 각 분야의 특성에 따른 예술인 복지제도 법적기반을 명확히 해야 할 것을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study is intended to clarify how social support for artists in Korea affect creative activities. For this study, a scale questionnaire distributed from January 5, 2018 to January 31, 2018 was distributed to the artists who are doing creative work in each field, and 250 copies were finally analyzed. This study verified influences upon creative activities by social supports through multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 program for data analysis. As the result, sub-variables informative support and evaluative support was appeared to be almost meaning. However, emotional support and materialistic support was not appeared to affect creative activities meaningfully. Therefore, it can be said that social support is believed to partially affect creative activities meaningfully. According to this result, it can be that concrete alternatives should be provided for information support and evaluation support so that artists can concentrate on creative activities. It is necessary to acknowledge the special situation of artists and to have diverse social support, And suggested that the legal foundation of the welfare system for the artists should be clarified according to the characteristics of each field appropriate to the domestic situation.
