국문 초록

이 논문은 새로운 가사 자료 <장별한이라>를 소개할 목적으로 작성되었다. <장별한이라>는 가로 231.8cm, 세로 30cm 크기의 두루마리 형태로 전하는 한글 필사본이다. 단 구별 없이 세로쓰기 되어 있는데, 전체 135행으로 매 행은 18~22자로 불규칙적이다. 두루마리 오른쪽 첫 행에 ‘장별이라’라는 제목이 적혀 있다. 두루마리 발문의 내용을 살펴보니, 1894년 11월 동학농민운동으로 인하여 피난길에 오른 양반 집안 부녀자에 의하여 1895년 1월 16일에 필사된 것임을 확인할 수 있었다. 농민운동으로 인한 민족적 수난사를 기록하기 보다는 피난처에서 느끼는 떠나온 고향과 친정에 대한 그리움의 심사를 주로 표현하였다. <장별한이라>은 ‘서사-본사-결사’로 이루어져 있다. 본사는 다시 ‘본사1-본사2’로 나눌 수 있어서 ‘서사-본사1-본사2-결사’의 4단 구성 방식을 확인할 수 있다. 구성면에서 보통의 규방가사와는 다른 특이점 2가지를 살필 수 있다. 하나는 서사와 결사는 각각 현실을 바탕으로 하였고, 본사1과 본사2의 몽중사를 바탕으로 기록하여 ‘현실-몽중-몽중-현실’로 이어지는 구조를 취하고 있다는 점이다. 다른 하나는 몽중사를 바탕으로 기록된 본사1과 본사2가 각각 묻고 답하는 형태로 이루어져 있어서 문답형 규방가사의 한 형태를 취하고 있다는 점이다. 서사에서는 꿈속에서 본 친정 식구들의 형용이 너무도 선명하여 이를 기록하고자 한다는 필사 동기가 밝혀져 있다. 본사1에는 꿈 속에서 본 여러 형제와 조카의 형용을 계절과 꽃에 비유하여 묘사되었고, 본사2에는 여러 형제와 고모의 형용을 설명하였다. 마지막으로 결사에서는 피난을 떠난 과정과 시기, 피난처에서 형편과 심사를 주로 표현하였다. <장별한이라>는 동학농민운동으로 인하여 피난길에 오른 양반 부녀자에 의해 지어진 규방가사로 지금까지 알려지지 않은 새로운 두루마리 필사본이라는 점에서 의미가 있다. 또한 ‘현실-몽중-몽중-현실’이라는 몽유가사의 형식을 취하면서도 꿈속 일을 숙모-질녀 간에 묻고 답하는 형태를 구성하여 문답형 규방가사의 성격도 찾아볼 수도 있다. 또한 시기적으로 근대전환기에 필사된 것이어서 당시 규방가사의 한 면모를 확인할 수 있다는 점에서 문학사적 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to introduce a new Gasa material, . is a Korean manuscript written in the form of a scroll of 231.8cm in width and 30cm in length. The total length of 135 lines are vertically written without distinction of paragraphs, and each line is irregular with 18~22 characters. There is the title, written in the first line on the right side of the scroll. Looking at the content of the scroll epilogue, it was confirmed that it was transcribed on January 16, 1895 by a woman of yangban (nobility) family who was on the escape route due to the Donghak peasantry movement in November 1894. Rather than recording the national suffering caused by the peasantry movement, she expressed her appreciation for the longing for the home village and parents’ home that she felt in the shelter. consists of introduction discussion conclusion. The discussion can again be divided into discussion 1 and discussion 2 , and it can be seen that there is a way of fourparts composition of introduction discussion1 discussion2 conclusion. In terms of composition, we can look at two singularities different from the usual Gyubangga sa. One is that introduction and conclusion respectively are based on reality, and based on dream stories of discussion1 and discussion2, it takes the structure that leads to reality dream dream reality . The other is that as discussion1 and discussion2 written on the basis of dream stories are composed of a type of question and answer form, which is similar to the question and answer type Gyubanggasa. In the introduction, it is found that there is the transcription motive that the description of the family members seen in her dreams was so clear that she was willing to record them. In discussion1, the descriptions of the brothers and nephews seen in the dreams were depicted in comparison with the seasons and flowers, and in discussion 2, she explained the description of several brothers and aunts. Lastly, in the conclusion, the process and timing of leaving evacuation, and the circumstances and appreciation are mainly expressed in the shelter. is meaningful in that it is a new scroll manuscript of Gyubanggasa unknown until now, which was written by a lady in the evacuation route due to the Donghak peasantry movement. Also, we can find the question and answer type Gyubanggasa by constructing a form of Mongyu Gasa of reality dream dream reality along with the composition of a form of asking and answering between her aunts and nieces. In addition, since it was transcribed in the modern transition period, there is a significant meaning in the history of literature in that an aspect of Gyubanggasa at the time can be confirmed.
