0세반 영아-교사 간 상호작용에 대한 문화기술적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집 0세반 영아와 교사 간 상호작용의 양상을 살펴보고, 영아와의 상호작용이 교사에게는 어떠한 교육적 의미가 있는지를 탐구하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 서울에 위치한 K어린이집 0세반 영아 8명과 교사 3명이며, 2016년 7월 5일부터 2016년 9월 30일까지 참여 관찰과 교사 면담, 연구자 현장노트를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 질적 연구의 주제 분석에 따라 주의 깊게 읽고 범주 화하는 과정을 거쳤으며, 유아교육 전문가 2인에게 동료검토과정을 거쳤다. 연구 결과, 0세반 영아-교사 상호작용의 양상은 영아의 신체적 욕구에 교사와 반응하기, 영아의 정서적 욕구에 반응하기, 교사와 놀이하고 싶은 욕구에 반응하기, 또래와의 갈 등 해결 욕구에 반응하기로 나타났다. 또한 교사의 상호작용은 일상생활에서 보살핌 실천하기, 영아의 발달 촉진하기, 영아 개별 특성에 따라 맞춰주기, 교수신념에 따른 실천하기 등과 같은 교육적 의미를 지니고 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study are to analyze the interactions patterns of 0-year-old class infants and their teachers and try to analyze that these interactions are what is means to teachers. The study was conducted with 8 infants and 3 teachers in zero-year-old class of K child care center located in Seoul and data were collected from participant observation, interviews of the study participants, and field notes. The collected data were carefully read and categorized in accordance with the subject of qualitative research and presented to 2 early childhood education professionals of the analyzed and provided an objective peer debriefing. The results demonstrated that the interaction patterns of infants - to – teachers of a zero-year-old Class responded to physical needs of infant, responded to emotional needs of infant, responded to play needs with the teacher, responded to resolve conflicts with their peers. Also, meaning of these interaction of teachers included as follows; providing caring for the infants in daily life, to promotion of development of the infants, to respond according to individual characteristics of the infants, and practicing their own teaching beliefs.
