국문 초록

이 연구는 초등교원 수급 예측 시뮬레이션 모형을 개발하고 타당도를 검토하여 교원수급 정책결정 과정상 시사점을 얻는 데 주된 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해, 시스템다이내믹스 관점의 Alfeld & Graham의 1976년 URBAN1 모형을 참고하여 초등교원 수급예측 시뮬레이션 모형을 설정하였다. 모형의 파라미터 값은 K도 지역의 2000년도 산업, 인구, 주택, 토지 및 교육 부문의 통계자료를 활용하였고 2030년까지 초등교원수급 상황을 예측하였다. 본 연구모형의 타당도는 시계열 분석모형의 예측력을 평가하는 방식을 취하였고, U-Statistic 및 R2값을 통해 검토하였다. 분석결과, K도의 초등교원 수급상황은 2008년까지 점증하다가 2030년까지 4000명 내·외 수준을 유지하는것으로 예측되었다. 모형의 타당도는 U-Statistic과 R2값을 통해 검토하였으며, 두값 모두 기준 범위를 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 내용을 토대로 교원수급정책결정 과정에서 본 모형의 활용 및 시사점을 논의하였고, 후속 연구과제를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop a simulation model for elementary school teachers supply-demand prediction and to examine the validity of the model to obtain implications for the decision making process of teacher supply policy. In order to achieve the research purpose, a simulation model was set up for supply-demand prediction of elementary school teachers by referring to Alfeld & Graham s 1976 URBAN1 model of System Dynamics. The parameter values of the model used statistical data of industry, population, housing, land and education until 2000, and predicted the supply-demand situation of elementary school teachers in K-Province in 2030. The validity of this study model was evaluated by using the U-Statistic value and the value. According to the analysis, the supply-demand situation of elementary school teachers in K-Province is gradually increasing until 2008, but it is predicted that it will be maintained at around 4,000 or more by 2030. The validity of the model was examined through the U-Statistic value and the value. Both values were found to fit the standard range.
