국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 우울·역기능 신념·분노와의 관계에서 매개 변인의 효과를 검정 하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 남녀 대학생 350(남: 181, 여:169)명을 대상으로 우울·역기능신념·분노 척도로 구성된 설문지 조사가 이루어졌다. 위계적 회귀분석을 사용해 밝 혀진 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우울은 정적으로 역기능적 신념에 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났고, 역기능적 신념은 분노에 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 높은 수준의 우울을 경험할수록 역기능 신이 높은 것으로, 역기능 신념이 높으면 분노의 수준도 높게 예견한다는 것을 알 수있었다. 둘째, 역기능적 신념과 분노와의 관계에서 우울 변인의 매개 효과는 유의미 하지 않았으나, 우울과 분노와의 관계에서 역기능적 신념의 매개 효과는 유의미하게 나타났다. 즉, 우울·역기능 신념·분노와의 관계에서, 우울은 역기능 신념을 매개로 해서 분노에 영향을 주는 완전 매개 모형이 검증되어, 역기능 신념은 우울의 원인이 아니라, 증상일 수 있다는 주장에 힘을 더했다. 본 연구의 의의는 우울과 분노와의 관계에서 역기능 신념의 매개 효과를 검증함으로, 분노 조절 맞춤 프로그램 개발을 위한 이론적 근거를 제시했다는 데 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of mediators variable in the Relationship between Depression and dysfunctional beliefs, and anger. For this end, the survey consisting of scale, as depression·dysfunctional belief·anger was conducted targeting 350 male and female university students. The results of this study is revealed through hierarchical regression analysis are as follows. First, it was found that depression causes a statistically significant effect on dysfunctional belief, and dysfunctional belief have a statistically significant effect on anger. In other words, the higher the level of depression, the higher the dysfunctional belief, and the higher the dysfunctional belief, the higher the level of anger. Second, the mediating effects of depression variables were not significant in relation to dysfunctional belief and anger, but mediating effects of dysfunctional belief was significant in relation to depression and anger. With this, that is complete mediating model was suggested because it was verified that the depression was an indirect factor influencing the anger by mediate dysfunctional belief. The significance of this study is that was provided the theoretical basis for the development of anger - control customized program by verifying the mediating effect of dysfunctional belief in the relationship between depression and anger.
