국문 초록

본 연구는 초기 대학생활경험이 향후 전공일치도 및 직무·직장만족도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 한국직업능력개발원이 제공하는 한국교육고용패널조사(KEEP: Korean Education and Employment Panel) 고3 코호트의 2차(2005년), 8차(2011년), 12차 년도(2015년) 데이터를 활용하였으며, 각 시기별로 독립변인이 종속변인에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 중다회귀분석을 적용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 입직초기에는 미래직업결정, 건강 변인이, 현재 시점에는 미래직업결정, 학과만족도가 전공 일치도에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 직무만족 도의 경우, 입직초기에는 건강, 대학만족도 변인이 유의미하게 영향을 미쳤고 현재시점에는 대학생활만족도가 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 직장만족도는 입직초기에는 건강, 대학만족도로부터 유미하게 영향을 받은 반면, 현재시점에는 대학만족도와 가정생활만족도가 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 대학선택 자의여부와 학과선택 자의여부 변인은 전공일치도와 직무 및 직장만족도 모두에서 유의미한 영향이 없었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결론 및 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of early college life experience on future major congruence and job·work satisfaction. For this purpose, researchers used data from the second(2005), eighth(2011), and twelfth(2015) years of the Korean Education and Employment Panel(KEEP) provided by Korean Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training. Multiple regression analysis was applied to analyze the effects at each period. The results of the study are as follows. First, in the early stage of job placement, future job decision and health influenced the work and major congruence. On the other hand, future job decision and department satisfaction influenced work and major congruence at present. Next, in terms of work satisfaction, health and university satisfaction were significantly influential at the early stage of job placement. Currently, university life satisfaction were statistically influential. Thirdly, work satisfaction was significantly influenced by health and university satisfaction at the beginning of job placement, while university satisfaction and family life satisfaction were influenced at present. Finally, self-determination of the college and department selection did not show any significant effects on the major congruence and job·work satisfaction. Conclusions and limitations of the study were discussed as well.
