초등예비교사의 체육 교수전문성 개발 프로그램의 적용에 관한 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등예비교사의 체육 교수전문성 개발을 위한 하나의 방안으로 교육대학교 예비교사교육 프로그램에 초점을 맞추었다. 이에 본 연구는 초등예비교사들의 체육 교수전문성 개발을 위한 프로그램을 제안하고, 적용효과와 매개요인을 분석하 는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2016년 1월부터 12월까지 질적 사례연구에 기초하여 자료를 수집, 분석, 해석하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 프로그램을 적용한 결과 초등예비교사의 지적 전문성, 수행적 전문성, 심성적 전문성, 반성적 전문성이 개발된 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 체육 교수전문성 개발의 매개요인에는 교수(teaching)와 관련하여 이론과 실기의 접목, 협력적 마이크로 티칭과 같은 ‘수업방식 요인’과 초등체육 수업에 관한 실천적 이야기 및 롤모델로서의 ‘교사교 육자 요인’이 중요한 매개요인으로 나타났다. 반면, 학습(learning)과 관련된 매개요인에는 정체성 글쓰기, 교육과정 분석과 같은 ‘학습과제 요인’과 개인 및 공동체 속에서 활동하는 ‘학습자 요인’이 중요한 매개요인인 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 초등 예비교사의 체육 교수전문성 개발을 위해서는 지적, 수행적, 심성적, 반성적인 측면에 대한 체계적인 접근이 필요하며, 교수 및 학습 관련 매개요인이 체육 교수전문성개발에 긍정적으로 작용하도록 돕는 교사교육이 요구된다.

영문 초록

This study focused on the elementary pre-service teacher education program for physical education professional development. Therefore, we propose a program for the development of physical education professionalism for elementary pre-service teachers and analyzed the application effect and mediating factors from January to December 2016. The results of this study are as follows: First, this program was effective for pre-service elementary school teachers professionalism such as knowledge, performance, disposition, and reflection. Second, mediating factors for pre-service teachers’professionalism development include teaching factors and learning factors. Teaching factors were the combination of theory and practice, cooperative micro teaching, practical story about elementary physical education class, and teacher educator’s modelling. On the other hand, learning factors are identity writing and curriculum analysis. And Learner factors acting in individuals and communities are important mediating factors. Therefore, it is necessary to take a systematic approach to knowledge, performance, disposition, and reflection professionalism development. Teacher education that the teaching and learning factors help pre-service teachers’ professionalism development is required.
