국문 초록

본 연구는 마이크로티칭이 예비유아교사의 유아수학교육에 대한 교수효능감과 수학에 대한 태도에 미치는 효과에 대해 양적 질적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산시에 소재 D대학 2015년 2학기 유아수학교육을 수강하고 있는 2학년 127명을 대상으로 마이크로티칭 과정을 소개한 후, 1차 마이크로티칭을 하고 이에 대한 자기평가, 동료평가 및 지도 교수 평가를 받고 2차 마이크로티칭 후 피드백을 실시하였다. 또한 마이크로티칭 사전 사후 수학교수효능감과 수학에 대한 태도에 대한 설문 지로 t-검증을 실시하였고, 면담 자료를 중심으로 마이크로티칭의 효과를 질적 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 마이크로티칭은 예비유아교사의 수학교수효능감 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 마이크로티칭은 예비유아교사의 수학에 대한 태도 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 예비유아교사들은 자신을 객관화할 수 있는 마이크로티칭 경험이 수업행동을 개선하는데 매우 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 한편 다른 예비유아교사들이 개선하는 모습을 통해 상대적으로 위축된다는 이 전과 상반되는 반응도 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the quantitative and qualitative effects of micro-teaching on the teaching efficacy of preservice early childhood teachers about early childhood mathematics education and their attitude toward that. The subjects in this study were 127 students who were in their second year at a college located in the city of Busan and who were taking a course in early childhood math education. After the process of micro-teaching was explained to them, they engaged in micro-teaching. And then they made a self-evaluation and got feedback from their peers and advisors, and secondary micro- teaching was implemented. A survey and interviews were conducted to measure their math teaching efficacy and math attitude before and after the micro-teaching in order to determine its effects. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the micro-teaching exerted a positive influence on the improvement of the math teaching efficacy of the preservice early childhood teachers. Second, the micro-teaching had a positive impact on the improvement of the math attitude of the preservice early childhood teachers. Third, the experiences of the preservice early childhood teachers in micro-teaching, which made it possible for them to look at themselves in an objective way, was quite effective at changing their own teaching behaviors for the better. On the other hand, some responded in a manner to be different from their previous response. They told that they became relatively intimidated when they found other preservice teachers improved.
