국문 초록

본 연구는 모래상자치료가 학교폭력 가해아동에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위한 모래상자치료이다. 연구의 대상은 초등학교 6학년 남아이며, 2017년 5월 16일~2018년 3월 21일까지 총 23회기를 매주 1회 약50분씩 진행 하였다. 아동의 폭력성에 관한 변화를 알아보기 위해 폭력성에 대한 사전, 사후 점수변화를 비교하기 위한 폭력성 척도는 [1] 윤종문의 초등학교 아동의 폭력성 척도를 사용하였다. 폭력성 척도 하위요인 중 폭력성을 중심으로 사전 사후 점수를 비교 하였다. 또 모래상자치료의 질적 분석을 위해 모래상자치료 회기를 초기, 중기, 후기로 구분하여 분석하였다. 아동은 상담초기 자신의 내적 세계를 판타지적으로 표현하였고, 혼란스럽고 부정적인 정서행동을 반영하는 회기가 반복되었으며, 폭력성이 그대로 모래상자에 혼란스럽게 표현되었다. 회기가 진행되면서 아동의 외적 폭력성은 아동 내면으로 들어가게 되었고, 아동은 자신과의 투쟁을 통해 폭력성이 변화되어 가는것을 스스로 인지하게 되었다. 상담 후기에 아동은 자아를 재발견하였고 자신과 타인을 수용하는 등의 자연스러운 변화를 이루었다. 또 아동은 가족 및 또래관계와 집단 내에 자연스럽게 참여하면서 회기가 거듭될수록 폭력성이 감소하는 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of sandtray therapy on a child who is a perpetrator of school violence. The subject of the study was elementary school sixth graders. From May 16, 2017 to March 21, 2018, 23 sessions were held once a week for about 50 minutes. In order to compare the change of the child s violence, the violence scale [1] was used to compare the pre and post-scoring of the violence. Focusing on violence within the subfactor of violence scale, we have compared the score of before and after the consultation. For qualitative analysis of sandtray therapy, sandtray therapy sessions was divided into early, middle and late. In the beginning of consultation, the child expressed his inner world as in fantasy, reflected confusing and negative emotional behavior over multiple sessions, and chaotically expressed his violent nature on the sandtray. As the session continues, the child s outward expression of violence gradually moved into his inner being, and the child was able to see the changes in his violent behaviors through inner-self struggle. Toward the end of consultation, the child re-discovered self identity and made a natural progression toward accepting himself and others. In addition the child naturally participates in family and peer relations groups, and a positive change has occurred in which the violence decreases as the session is repeated.
