국문 초록

중년여성을 대상으로 영화를 활용한 진로상담 재취업 준비 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구 문제는 영화를 활용한 진로상담 재취업 준비프로그램에 참여자 A, B, C는 프로그램에 효과가 있을것인가? 중년여성은 40세부터 60세의 생활연령으로, 중년여성들의 재취업하고자 하는 욕구를 갖는 중년 여성 3명(A참여자: 45세, B참여자: 49세, C참여자: 52세)으로 구성되었다. 본 연구 참여자는 부모의 역할과 자녀양육의 지지와 자원이 없어 심리적인 어려움을 겪고 있었으며, 자신의 좌절을 자녀에게 표출하여 자녀와 부정적인 관계를 형성하고 자녀를 버거워하고 있었다. 질적 도구는 연구를 구성하는 공통적인 특성들을 자연스러운 상황, 다양한 영화매체 자료, 참여자들의 의미에 주목하기, 유연한 설계, 총체적 이해로 기술적(descriptive)이고 귀납적(inductive)이며 참가자들의 관점으로부터 의미를 찾아내는 데 초점을 두었다. 본 연구에서 활용한 영화치료는 내담자들에게 영화를 보고 공감함으로써 웃고 눈물을 흘리며 그러한 감정을 다른 사람들과 함께 나누는 등의 활동을 통해 자신의 꿈을 찾는데 이용될 수 있다. 연구 절차로는 예비조사를 통해 연구의 방향을 잡고, 문헌자료를 토대로 분석의 틀을 활용하였으며, 그에 따른 심층면접을 실시하였다. 본 프로그램은 현재를 다양한 모습으로 비춰볼 수 있는 살아 있는 거울이다. 그 살아 있는 거울에 의해 현실은 늘 새롭게 반추될 수 있다. 질적 연구결과, 오랫동안의 경력단절을 극복하고 취업에 성공한 중년여성들을 둘러싼 맥락과 그들의 통합 예술치료경험을 중년여성들의 관점에서 이해하려고 하였으며, 본 자료를 통해 경력단절로 재취업을 준비하는 다양한 대상에게 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This research purposes to develop consulting career reemployment preparation program using movies targeted to middle-aged women. In this study, participants A, B, and C will have a positive impact on the program. The middle-aged women consisted of three middle-aged women (age 45, age B, age 49, age 52) aged between 40 and 60 years old who had a desire to reemploy middle-aged women. The study participants were experiencing psychological difficulties because of their parents role and lack of support and resources for raising children. They expressed their frustration to their children, forming negative relationships with their children and bothering their children. Qualitative tools are descriptive and inductive with a common understanding of natural situations, diverse film media data, attention to the meaning of participants, flexible design, and overall understanding, and to find meaning from participants perspectives. The film therapy used in this study can be used to find out the dreams of the clients through activities such as laughing, tearing and sharing such feelings with others by watching movies and empathizing with the clients. As a research procedure, the direction of research was taken through preliminary research, the framework of analysis was used based on the literature data, and the in - depth interview was conducted accordingly. The program is a living mirror that can reflect the present in various ways. The reality can always be refreshed by the living mirror. As a result of qualitative research, I tried to understand the context surrounding middle-aged women who have succeeded in long-term career breaks and their integrated art therapy experience from the viewpoint of middle-aged women, and this data is applied to various objects preparing for re- You can do it.
