국문 초록

블록체인은 로봇, 빅데이터, 인공지능(AI), 사물인터넷(IoT)등과 함께 4차 산업혁명을 이끌어 갈 핵심 기술이다. 최근 비트코인 이나 이더리움과 같은 블록체인 기반의 암호화 화폐의 인기로 인해 금융을 넘어 전 산업으로 블록체인 도입 논의가 확산되고 있다. 초장기 블록체인 기술은 금융 기술로 접목이 가능하다고 여겨졌으나 다양한 장점을 가지고 다양한 활용범위로 넓혀가고 있다. 최근 에너지, 자동차, 커뮤니티, 음원 및 콘텐츠, 유통, 의료 등 전혀 생각지도 못한 다양한 영역에서 블록체인 기술이 사용되고 있다. 블록체인 기반의 암호화 화폐산업은 아직 성장기 단계여서 많은 시행착오를 격고 있다. 특히 인터넷 암시장 실크로드와 같은 불법적인 마약, 무기, 포르노 등 부작용이 발생되고 있지만, 블록체인 기술은 가까운 미래에 4차 산업혁명에 핵심적 역할을 할 것이다. 국내에서도 한전의 블록체인 EV충전소와 삼성 SDS의 블록체인 플렛폼 기반의 넥스레저를 통한 스마트 계약, 금융, 항만 등 다양한 시도를 하고 있다. 최근 전면적 규제를 하고 있는 중국, 태국 등의 사례보다는 암호화 화폐의 통화 법적지위로 인정하고, ICO 등과 같은 블록체인 기술을 육성하려는 호주와 일본의 사례를 유심히 지켜봐야 한다고 판단된다.

영문 초록

The block chain is a core technology that will lead the fourth industrial revolution with robots, big data, AI (AI), and Internet (IoT). Recently, due to the popularity of encrypted money based on block chaining such as bit coin and etherium, discussions on the introduction of block chains into the whole industry have been spreading beyond finance. It has been considered that the ultra-long-term block chain technology can be applied by financial technology, but it is spreading to various applications with various advantages. In recent years, block-chain technology has been used in various fields such as energy, automobiles, communities, sound sources, contents, distribution, and medical care. Block Chain Based Encryption The currency industry is still in its infancy and is experiencing many trials and errors. In particular, illegal drugs, weapons, and pornography, such as the Internet black market silk road, are causing side effects, but the block chain technology will play a key role in the fourth industrial revolution in the near future. In Korea, we are also making a variety of smart contracts, financing, and harbors through the block-chain EV charging stations of KEPCO and Nex leisure based on the block chain platform of Samsung SDS. It is considered that the case of Australia and Japan to watch the case of the block chain technology such as ICO, etc.
