한국 성인남녀의 성인애착불안이 성 중독에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대한민국의 성인남녀를 대상으로 성인애착불안이 자기자비를 거쳐 성 중독에 이르는 구조방정식 모형을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대한민국에 거주하는 만 18세 이상 74세 이하의 성인남녀를 대상으로 하였다. 온라인 설문조사 방법을 사용하여 자발적으로 연구에 동의하는 자에 한해 최종 1,623부의 설문을 실시하였다. 연구도구를 살펴보면, 성인애착(ECR-R)의 하위요인인 애착불안, 한국형 자기자비(K-SCS), 국내에서 개발과 타당화한 온라인용 성 중독 척도를 사용하였다. 최종분석에 활용한 자료는 M-Plus 6.12로 분석을 시행하였다. 분석 방법으로는 성인애착불안과 성 중독의 관계에서 자기자비의 매개효과를 확인하고자 구조방정식 모형(SEM)을 활용하여 검증하였고 Bootstrapping을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 애착불안과 자기자비의 긍정적 요인(자기친절, 보편적인간성, 마음챙김)과 부정적 요인(자기판단, 고립, 과잉동일시)사이에서는 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 자기자비의 부정적 요인은 성 중독과도 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 셋째, 자기자비의 긍정적 요인은 성 중독의 하위 요인(성적상상, 모방충동)과는 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 넷째, 애착불안은 성 중독과 모두 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 결과적으로 자기자비 긍정요인에서 성 중독에 이르는 경로를 제외한 모든 경로계수가 유의하였다.

영문 초록

This study verified a structural equation model under which adult attachment anxiety reached sexual addiction through self-compassion for South Korea adult. A survey was conducted on adult male and female aged between 18 and 74 living in the South Korea. Only those who voluntarily agreed to the study using the online survey method performed the final 1,623 questionnaires. Attachment anxiety, a subfactor of adult attachment(ECR-R), Korean-version self-compassion(K-SCS), and the online sexual addiction scale domestically developed with validity were used as study measurement. Final investigated data were analyzed by M-Plus 6.12. SEM was verified and bootstrapping was used in order to confirm mediating effect of self-compassion on the relationships between adult attachment anxiety and sexual addiction. The results of this study were as follows. First, the results of the research all showed significant relationships between affirmative factors (self-kindness, common humanity, and mindfulness) and negative factors (self-judgment, isolation, and over-identification) of attachment anxiety and self-compassion. Second, the negative factors of self-compassion showed significant positive relationships with sexual addiction. Third, the affirmative factors of self-compassion showed significant positive relationships with sub-factors of sexual addiction (sexual imagination and imitation impulse). Forth, attachment anxiety showed significant positive relationships with sexual addiction. Conclusionally, all the path coefficients were significant except the path to sexual addiction out of the affirmative factors of self-compassion.
