간호대학생의 임상실습 중 핵심기본간호술의 수행빈도와 수행자신감에 따른 임상수행능력, 문제해결능력에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 임상실습 중 핵심기본간호술 수행빈도와 수행자신감에 따른 임상수행능력 및 문제해결능력과의 관련성을 파악하고 영향 요인을 규명하여 임상실습 전 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 연구이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-tests, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감은 수행빈도와 양의 상관관계가 있었고(r=.299, p=.000), 임상수행능력은 핵심기본간호술 수행빈도와 양의 상관관계(r=.299, p=.000), 핵심기본간호술 수행 자신감과 양의 상관관계(r=.627, p=.000)가 있으며, 문제해결능력은 핵심기본간호술 수행빈도와 양의 상관관계(r=.218, p=.000)이며 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감과 양의 상관관계(r=.349, p=.000, 임상수행능력과 양의 상관관계가 있었다(r=.637, p=.000). 임상실습 중 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향요인은 학업성취도, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감, 문제해결능력으로 이들 요인의 설명력은 59.6%이었다. 따라서 간호대학생들을 위한 임상수행능력과 문제해결능력을 증진하기 위해서 임상실습 전 핵심기본간호술 수행자심감 증진을 위한 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of problem solving ability and clinical competence with frequency of fundamental nursing skill performance and confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance of nursing students in order to developing pre-clinical practice program. The result shows that the confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance was positive relationship with the frequency of fundamental nursing skill performance(r=.299, p=.000). The clinical competence were positive relationship with the frequency of fundamental nursing skill performance(r=.299, p=.000) and confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance(r=.627, p=.000). The problem solving ability was positive relationship with frequency of fundamental nursing skill performance(r=.218, p=.000) and confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance(r=.349, p=.000) and problem solving ability(r=.637, p=.000). The influence effect of clinical competence during clinical practice were student achievement, confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance and problem solving ability, 59.6%. The results indicate that effective education program in improving of confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance was provided before clinical practice
