국문 초록

IT산업이 급속도로 변화하면서 온라인교육은 오프라인교육의 대체수단으로 변화되었다. 온라인교육이 오프라인교육의 대안으로 형성되고 있으며, 온라인 교육 사이트도 전문화와 세부화 되고 있다. 이러한 사회ㆍ경제적인 추세와 IT 산업의 급속한 성장이 맞물려 온라인교육의 발전과 확산이 진행되고 있다. 누구나 교육 받을 기회를 가져야 한다는 점에서 온라인 교육의 역할을 강조되어야 한다. 본 연구는 온라인교육서비스를 사용한 경험이 있는 사용자들을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 선행연구를 근거로 교육환경을 교육기본시설, 교육환경으로 온라인교육서비스에 영향을 미치는 변수로 콘텐츠, 의사소통, 수업만족도를 도출하고, 교육효과와 교육애착에 미치는 영향력을 연구모형이라고 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육기본시설은 교육효과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교육환경은 교육효과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 콘텐츠품질은 교육효과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다 넷째, 의사소통은 교육효과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다 다섯째, 수업만족도는 교육효과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 교육효과는 교육애착에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

영문 초록

With rapid changes in the IT industry, the perception of online education as an auxiliary means of offline education has also changed. Online education is becoming an alternative to offline education, and online education sites are becoming more diverse and specialized. Together with such socioeconomic changes and the rapid growth of the IT industry, online education is also growing and spreading. The role of online education should be emphasized since it can help provide everyone with an equal opportunity for education. This study surveyed users of online education services. Based on previous studies, a research model on the effect of education environment and service quality of education effects and attachment in online education was developed. Basic education facilities represent education environment and content, communication, and class satisfaction represent education service quality. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, basic education facilities had a significant effect on education effectiveness. Second, education environment significantly affected education effectiveness. Third, content quality had no significant impact on education effectiveness. Fourth, communication did not significantly affect education effectiveness. Fifth, class satisfaction significantly affected education effects effectiveness. Sixth, education effectiveness had a significant effect on education attachment.
