SNS 일본어의 「확장」 「심화」 「융합」 사례를 통해 본 한국사회의 이문화 수용

국문 초록

本稿では、SNSに現れる日本語の使用例と韓国語との接触様相を分析 し、韓国社会における異文化受容について考察を行った。その結果、SNSで使われる日本語には「拡張」「深化」「融合」という特徴があることが明らかになった。主な結果をまとめると、次のようである。第一に、以前、韓国語では日本語名詞の借用が多かったが、SNSでは名詞だけでなく形容詞や動詞が使われたメッセージが多数存在した。さらに、単語レベルを超え文章レベルの日本語も使用されており、言葉の「拡張」が進んでいることが分かった。また、ハッシュタグを利用して結果を共有し、それを検索するシステムによって、情報提供者はもちろん検索者の日本語能力や日本語を用いたソーシャルメディアリテラシーも大いに向上していることも分かった。第二に、「水産物」「酒類」「サブカルチャー」と関連する分野では、「深化」した日本語の使用様相が確認できた。第三に、SNSでは韓国語と日本語の結合を通じて、両言語の意味内容が融合する例も確認できた。形態的には、<並列型結合>と<融合一体型結合>に分けられるが、融合に伴って意味の変化が起こることもあった。

영문 초록

In this article, I analyse the examples of Japanese expressions in social media and their contact with Korean expressions to examine Korean society’s acceptance of different cultures. The present study reveals that the social media varieties of Japanese are characterised as ‘expansion’, ‘deepening’, and ‘integration’. The primary findings are summed up as follows. First, Korean mainly borrowed Japanese nouns in the past, but in social media, not only nouns but also adjectives and verbs are borrowed. Also, Japanese expressions are used at a sentential or discourse level, rather than a word level. In this sense, a certain form of linguistic ‘expansion’ can be detected in the social media varieties of Japanese. Further, thanks to the hashtag-based system that allows the users to share results and to search for them, not only information providers but also searchers have greatly improved their social media literacy using their Japanese proficiency or Japanese expressions. Second, in the areas relating to ‘seafood’, ‘alcohol drink’, and ‘subculture’, a ‘deepened’ usage property of Japanese is observed. Finally, on social media platforms, semantic fusions between Korean and Japanese expressions are observed in some cases. Morphologically, these cases can be classified into the ‘parallel combination’ type and the ‘integrated fusional combination’ type. In some examples, fusions led to meaning changes.
