교양일본어 수업에서 수행 피드백이 학습만족도에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

本研究の目的は、大学の教養日本語の授業で行った遂行フィードバック が学習満足度に及ぼす影響を確認することである。そのため、S大学の「基礎日本語I」の受講生30名を対象に遂行フィードバックを行い、学期末に学習満足度を調査した。遂行フィードバックのために、「聞く、書く、読む、話す」の各領域に対する評価を行った。遂行フィードバックは、規範参照フィードバック、自己参照フィードバック、情報フィードバックを使用した。「聞く、書く、読む、話す」の各領域の評価点は、学習者個人の点数と学生全体の平均点から算出した。この点数を規範参照フィードバックと自己参照フィードバックに使用され、事前レベルテストで行われた「書く」点数と中間試験までの「書く」点数との比較が自己参照フィードバックに使用された。規範参照フィードバックと自己参照フィードバックは中間試験と期末試験の後にそれぞれ行い、情報フィードバックは「話す」領域のロールプレイ課題に対して行われた。ロールプレイ課題のフィードバックは、発音、相互作用、正確性、流暢性の側面から分析した。その結果、遂行フィードバックは学習満足度に肯定的な影響を与えることが確認された。本研究の遂行フィードバックの類型やフィードバック内容の分析は、教養日本語の授業に効果的なフィードバックのモデルとして活用できると考えられる。

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of performance feedback on learning satisfaction in a liberal arts Japanese course. To this end, performance feedback was given to 30 students in the basic Japanese I course at S University, and learning satisfaction was investigated with a survey after the end of the course. In order to give individual performance feedback, an evaluation was conducted on listening, writing, reading, and speaking skills. The performance feedback given to the students was norm-referenced, self-referential, and informational feedback. The evaluation scores of each skill were calculated from the learners’ individual scores and the average score of all students, and they were given norm-referenced and self-referential feedback. The score of the writing tests compared to the pretest and the tests done until the midterm was used to give self-referenced feedback. Normative and self-referential feedback was delivered to the individual students after the midterm and final exams respectively. The speaking tasks were used to give informational feedback by analyzing pronunciation, interaction, accuracy, and fluency. Performance feedback was confirmed to have a positive effect on learning satisfaction. The type of performance feedback or feedback content analysis of this study can be used as an effective form of feedback for learners in Japanese language courses.
