국문 초록

우리나라에서 교육과정 거버넌스의 변화는 제6차 교육과정에서 세계화, 정보화 시대의 도래에 따른 교육과정 결정의 분권화에서 비롯되었으며 현 정권의 교육 자치 정책으로 인하여 강화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육과정 거버넌스의 변화의 목적을 학습자의 성장과 발달을 돕는 데 있다는 점을 명료화하고 이를 위하여 국가 수준의 교육과정이 슬림화되어 시도 및 학교 수준으로 교육과정 관련 역할이 배분되어야 한다는 점을 주장하였다. 구체적으로 제6차 교육과정 이후 교육과정 슬림화는 교육과정 결정권의 확대와 교육과정 재구성의 확대로 발전되어 왔는데, 교육 현장에서는 그 효과에 대하여 기대와 우려가 모두 나타나고 있다. 앞으로 교육과정 거버넌스의 변화를 위해서는 교육과정 편성과 관련된 교육과정 거버넌스의 구조를 학교 교육과정 중심으로 재설정하고, 교사의 역할이 교수·학습 및 평가에서 교육과정 편성·운영으로 변화되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The change in curriculum governance in Korea originated from the decentralization of curriculum decisions with the advent of globalization and the advent of the information age in the 6th curriculum. And it is being reinforced by the current regime s educational autonomy policy. This study clarified that the purpose of change in curriculum governance is to help learners grow and develop. And for this, they argued that the curriculum at the national level should be slimmed and the roles related to the curriculum should be allocated to the city and school levels. Specifically, after the 6th curriculum, the major reinforcement of the curriculum has been developed by expanding the right to decide the curriculum and expanding the curriculum reorganization. With regard to the effect, both expectations and concerns appear in the educational field. In order to change curriculum governance in the future, first, the structure of curriculum governance related to curriculum organization should be re-established centered on the school curriculum, and second, the role of teachers should be changed from teaching, learning, and evaluation to curriculum organization and operation.
