협력적 필터링에서 순서 일치도와 응답특성의 관련성

국문 초록

추천시스템은 전자상거래에 적용되는 시스템이다. 이 논문에서는 협력적 필터링에서 사용하는 추정 수식을 변형한 수식을 평가한다. 이 추정 수식에 의해 추정된 값에 대해 MAE로 수식을 평가하며 수식에 대해 순서 일치도를 계산하여 수식을 평가한다. 연구 결과로는 100k dataset, 1 million dataset에서 모두 CMA로 불리어지는 수식이 MAE가 작은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 100k dataset, 1 million dataset에서 순서 일치도가 크게 나타났다. 이 결과는 CMA가 우수한 알고리즘임을 알 수 있다. 한편 Top-N 추천에서 N의 크기와 무관하게 추천 목록을 작성하려면 순서 일치도가 크게 나타나는 것이 좋다. 이 논문에서는 응답자의 사전정보로 교차 조건을 만들어 어느 교차 조건에서 순서 일치도가 크게 나타나는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과 100k dataset, 1 million dataset에서 모두 유사한 결과를 얻었다. 따라서 응답자의 사전정보에 의해 교차 조건을 구성해서 높은 순서 일치도가 있는 조건에서는 그 조건을 만족할 때 적절한 수식을 사용하여 추정값을 계산하여 추천 목록을 작성하고 순서 일치도가 낮은 교차 조건에서는 새로운 알고리즘을 적용하는 방법을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Recommender system is a system applied to e-commerce. In this research, formular transformed from estimated formula used in collaborative filtering is evaluated. The formular is evaluated by MAE about estimated value by this estimated formula and by computing order conformity. The results are as follows; The formular called CMA has small MAE and also, has high order conformity both in 100k dataset and 1 million dataset. This results show that CMA is a superior algorithm. When a recommendation list is made regardless of the size of N in Top-N recommendation, a high order conformity is recommended. Cross conditions are formulated by customers’ advance information to find out which cross conditions have a high order conformity. Similar results are obtained in both in 100k dataset and 1 million dataset. Thus, in the condition which has a high order conformity by cross condition formulated by customers’ advance information, when the condition is fulfilled, the recommendation lists are made by calculating estimated value using proper formula, but in cross condition of the low order conformity, for a further study, a method applying a new algorithm is suggested.
