비장애고등학생의 장애인식 조사 연구 -창원시 일반 고등학교 학생을 중심으로-

국문 초록

본 연구는 비장애고등학생의 장애인식을 파악하여 통합교육에 대한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 경남 창원시 소재 일반 고등학교 3개교 36학급의 비장애학생 570명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 373부를 연구에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도 분석, 빈도 분석, 기술통계분석, 독립표본 T 검증과 일원배치 분산분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사 결과와 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여학생이 남학생에 비하여 장애인식이 더 높게 나타났으며, 남학생의 장애인식을 높이기 위해 사이버교육 등을 개발하거나 남학교에 전문교육과정을 개설할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 장애학생과 활동 경험이 많거나 장애인에 대한 자원봉사활동 경험이 있는 학생들의 인식이 더 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 단순 통합 경험이 아닌 교육과정을 통해 자연스럽게 활동할 수 있는 여러 가지 프로그램이나 시스템이 마련되어야 한다. 또한, 봉사동아리 활동과 장애인 복지 기관 견학을 활성화해야 할것이다. 셋째, 장애인식 하위 요인 중 ‘장애학생과의 관계 원칙’이 가장 높게 나왔으 므로 장애학생과 비장애학생이 서로 상호작용할 수 있는 협동학습, 집단강화, 또래 지원 등의 프로그램이 다양하게 개발되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

In order to identify the disability awareness of high school students without disabilities and to provide basic data on integrated education, a survey was conducted for 570 high school students without disabilities in 36 classes of three regular high schools located in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do and 373 copies were used for the study. SPSS 25.0 program was used to carry out reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, independent sample T-test and one-way ANOVA for the collected data. The results and implications of the survey in this study are as follows: First, female students were found to have higher disability awareness than male students, and it is necessary to develop cyber education or to establish professional education courses in boys schools to raise awareness of male students disability awareness. Second, the awareness of students who have a lot of experience with students with disabilities or have volunteer experience for the disabled was found to be more positive. There should be many programs or systems that allow students to be naturally engaged through the curriculum rather than simple integration experience. In addition, it is necessary to activate volunteer club activities and visit to welfare institutions for the disabled. Third, the relationship principle with students with disabilities was recorded the highest among the sub-factors of disability awareness, so programs should be developed in a variety of ways, such as cooperative learning, group strengthening, peer support, etc., in which students with and without disabilities can interact with each other.
