유아교사 대인관계역량 증진 프로그램에 대한 인식 및 요구도 조사

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사 대인관계역량 증진 프로그램에 대한 유아교사의 인식 및 요구도를 알아봄으로써 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하며 유아교사의 대인 관계역량을 증진시키고 나아가 유아교사의 행복을 도모하는데 목적이 있다. 대인관 계역량 증진과 관련된 문헌고찰 및 선행연구를 고찰하여 설문지를 제작하고 부산광 역시와 경상남도의 유아교육기관에서 근무하고 있는 유아교사 192명에게 제작된 설문지를 사용하여 응답받은 결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 유아교사의 대인관 계역량에 대한 관심은 많은 편이며, 대인관계역량 증진에 대해 대다수의 유아교사가 노력하고 있고, 대인관계역량 증진 프로그램이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사는 대인관계역량 증진의 목표는 타인에 대한 공감적 이해가 가장 높게 나타 났으며, 내용으로는 언어적 의사소통기술, 자기표현을 중요하고 실행가능하다고 인식하고 있었고, 프로그램의 방법으로는 오프라인의 방법 중 워크샵, 실시주기는 한학기에 1번, 5회기 이하, 실시시간은 60-90분 이하의 응답이 가장 높았다. 셋째, 프로 그램의 개발 시 고려할 점은 현장의 목소리를 반영해줄 것과 프로그램 운영이 고려할 점은 원장과 유아교사의 필요성 인식이 가장 높게 나타났으며 대다수의 유아교사는 대인관계역량 증진 프로그램에 참여하겠다고 밝혔다. 이러한 현장 유아교사의 인식과 요구도를 반영하여 유아교사 대인관계역량 증진 프로그램 개발방향에 시사점을 밝히고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of the program and to improve the interpersonal competence of early childhood teachers and to further the happiness of early childhood teachers by examining the perceptions and needs of early childhood teachers interpersonal competence promotion programs. The questionnaires were prepared by reviewing previous studies and 192 early childhood teachers working in early childhood education institutions in Busan and Gyeongsangnam - do were surveyed. The results are as Follows. First, early childhood teacher s interest in interpersonal competence is very much, and most early childhood teacher are trying hard to improve interpersonal competence and recognize that interpersonal competency promotion program is necessary. Second, early childhood teachers perceived empathic understanding of others as the most important goal of interpersonal competency promotion, and perceived linguistic communication skills and self - expression as important and feasible. The needs of early childhood teachers for the program method appeared in the workshop, once a semester, less than 5 sessions, 60-90 minutes. Third, the most important point to consider when developing the program is to reflect the voices of the field and to consider the need for the director and the early childhood teacher in the program operation. The majority of the early childhood teachers said they would participate in the interpersonal competence promotion program. This study suggests the direction of the program development program of early childhood teachers to reflect on the needs and perceptions of these teachers.
