예비유아교사의 진로정체감, 진로장벽, 회복탄력성 간의 관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 진로정체감, 진로장벽, 회복탄력성 간의 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도 소재 3년제 대학의 예비유아교사 259명을 대상으로, 진로정체감과 진로장벽 및 회복탄력성에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 Win program을 사용하여 Pearson의 상관관계분석, 중다 회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 진로정체감과 진로장벽, 회복탄력성 간의 관계 분석 결과 예비유아교사의 진로정체 감은 진로장벽과 부적 상관이, 회복탄력성과 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 진로정체감에 대한 진로장벽, 회복탄력성의 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과 예비유아교사의 진로장벽이 진로정체감을 예측하는 가장 유의미한 부적 예측요인으로 밝혀졌으며, 회복탄력성이 추가될 경우 설명력이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 하위요인별로 분석한 결과, 진로장벽의 하위요인인 직업정보부족이 예비유 아교사의 진로정체감을 가장 강력하게 설명하는 부적 예측변인으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 회복탄력성의 하위요인 중 낙관적 태도가 진로정체감을 설명하는 정적 예측 변인으로, 추가적으로 진로장벽의 하위요인인 흥미부족이 진로정체감을 설명하는 부적 예측변인으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과는 예비유아교사의 진로교육에 있어 진로장벽을 낮추고 회복탄력성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색해야함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between career identity, career barriers and resilience of pre-service early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 259 pre-service early childhood teachers in early childhood education departments of three-year colleges in Seoul and Kyeonggi-do. Research data were collected through the questionnaire of career identity , career barriers , resilience of pre-service teachers. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 Win program. The results of the study were as follows: first, the relationship between career identity, career barriers, and resilience of pre-service early childhood teachers showed that the career identity of pre-service early childhood teachers had a negative correlation with career barriers and static correlation with resilience. second, as a result of analyzing the relative influence of career barriers and resilience on the career identity of the pre-service teachers, it was found that the career barriers of the pre-service teachers were the most significant negative predictors of career identity prediction, and when resilience is added explanatory power is increased. As a result of analysis by sub-factors, lack of job information, which is a sub-factor of career barriers, was the most negative predictive variable explaining the career identity of pre-service teachers. Next, optimistic attitude toward career identity. In addition, the lack of interest, which is a sub-factor of career barriers, was found to be a negative predictive variable explaining career identity. The results of this study suggest that pre-service early childhood teachers should seek ways to lower career barriers and increase resilience in career education.
