유아교사의 음악교수내용지식과 음악교수불안에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 음악교수내용지식에 따른 음악교수불안의 정도를 분석하고그 관계를 알아보고자 한 것으로 이를 위해 2018년 6월 4일부터 7월 13일까지 서울시와 강원도 소재 유아교육기관에 근무하는 교사 200명을 의도적으로 표집하여 설문지를 배부하였으며 최종 분석대상은 175부이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 12.0 프로그 램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 전반적으로 교사의 음악교수내용지식이 높을수록 음악교수불안은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 음악교수내용지식 수준에 따른 음악교수불안은 전체적으로는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었으나 상태불안에서는 음악교수내용지식 수준이 높은 교사의 교수불안이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 학력에 따른 음악교수내용지식은 학력이 높을수록 교수내용지식이 높은 것으로 나타났으나 음악교수불안과는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 교사의 경력에 따른 음악교수내 용지식은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 음악교수불안은 경력이 많을 수록 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This research examines differences in music teaching anxiety depending on a level of pedagogical content knowledge in music as well as their relationship. For this, questionnaires for survey were distributed from June 4th to July 13th of 2019 to 200 teachers who have been working at early childhood institutions in the City of Seoul and the province of Gangwon, South Korea, and 175 of them were analyzed. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The result showed that generally the higher the pedagogical content knowledge in music they had, the lower the music teaching anxiety they had. It appeared that there was statistically no significant change in music teaching anxiety depending on a level of pedagogical content knowledge in music, but in state-anxiety, those who had higher level of pedagogical content knowledge in music showed less music teaching anxiety. Regarding teachers pedagogical content knowledge in music depending on a change in their academic backgrounds, the higher level of academic backgrounds they had, the more pedagogical content knowledge in music they had, but the higher level of academic backgrounds didn t contribute any significant differences to music teaching anxiety. When it comes to teachers work experiences, their work experiences didn t have a statistically significant impact on their pedagogical content knowledge in music, but it was observed that the more work experiences they had, the less music teaching anxiety they had.
