국문 초록

W중심사회에서 대학생에게 필요한 디지털 리터러시를 보다 효과적으로 함양하기 위해서는 해당 개념에 대한 정의를 명확히 하고 이를 측정할 수 있는 타당하고 신뢰로운 측정도구 개발이 필요하다, 본 연구는 디지털 리터러시 측정도구 개발을 위해 관련 선행연구와 SW중심사회로의 변화가 반영된 디지털 리터러시의 정의를 재개념화하고 구성요인을 도출하였다. C시에 소재한 H대학교 재학생을 대상으로 수행된 조사 결과, 탐색적 요인분석으로 4개 요인, 20개 문항이 도출되었다. 또한 확인적 요인분석으로 적합도 지수가 모두 기준치를 충족하는 4개 요인, 18개 문항을 최종 확정하였다. 4개 요인은 ICT 기본역량, 기본업무 활용능력, SW중심사회 적응능 력, 그리고 SNS 활용 및 협업능력으로 구성되었다. 개발된 측정도구는 신뢰도와 타당도 검증에서 양호한 결과를 나타냈으며, 대학생의 디지털 리터러시 수준을 측정하 기에 적합한 도구임이 검증되었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 디지털 리터러시 측정도구는 대학생이 자가진단 형태로 자신의 디지털 리터러시 수준을 파악하고 역량 향상에 대한 요구에 부합하는 교육지원을 모색하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a diagnosis tool for measuring digital literacy for university students. To this end, 14 university students from the small group test, 65 students for the pilot test, and 1,182 students participated for the survey research. Based on the implementation of a preliminary survey, 4 factors and 20 questions were drawn throughout the exploratory factors analysis. And also the results of the main investigation showed the fact that 18 questions which satisfied the fit indexes statistically were finally confirmed. The developed measurement tool of digital literacy for university consisted of four sub-elements such an ability for utilizing ICT, a basic ability to perform complex tasks, an ability adapting to the SW-centered society, and finally an ability to use SNS and to collaborate with others. The developed tool also demonstrated good results in reliability and validity verification, which were suitable for measuring digital literacy for university students. The digital literacy measuring tool developed in this study is expected to be used to identify the current level of capabilities for university students, and to enhance their own competencies of digital literacy through educational supports after self-diagnosis in order to meet their needs of upcoming software-based society.
